Hi Lychia, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Putting yourself on the internet involves opening yourself up to strangers who will either love and listen to you, or who will be critical of you. In all honesty, I would be lying if I said that it was easy to be confident, but I’ve almost forgotten the feeling of fear after posting for almost more than four years. Thanks to my following and community of readers, I have been met with so much positivity, support, and kindness. Which only continued to empower me on my creator journery. The belief in myself and the hope that even one person will enjoy my videos is enough to motivate me to continue to make content! It is my hope that anyone who wishes to pursue content creation will do so, without fear holding them back!

I’m a content creator/influencer all about sharing my love for Korean comics, books, and more! Online, I love sharing bits of my life, discussing favorite stories, and recommending my current reads. My favorite part in all this is connecting with a diverse bunch of book lovers and manhwa readers. Whether we’re excited about the latest chapters or books released, or diving into discussions about these stories, it’s all about connecting over our mutual love for reading. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Firstly, I’m wishing everyone the best of luck on their journey. In my experience, the three qualities I feel were the most important in my journey, are confidence, perseverance, and courage. I believe these resonate with many across various paths, be it in pursuing education, entrepreneurship, or career advancement. To be confident is to focus on your accomplishments and practicing positive self-talk. You won’t see results immediately, so don’t dwell on your weaknesses, but focus on your strengths. You’re already on the right track by seeking to improve and grow. To grow courage is to consistently be out of your comfort zone, start small of course! Celebrate the small things, I’m not saying to be reckless, but to continue being uncomfortable. Perseverance also ties with the other two qualities, when we keep working towards our goals, and achieving them, it builds up our perseverance. When we continue to succeed in our goals, we start becoming more sure of ourselves, and take on more challenging tasks! This cycle continues and builds us up to be the best versions of ourselves.
Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?
I wouldn’t really call this a challenge, but something normal to strive for. I’m always thinking of ways to improve my content and platform. Juggling time with my loved ones and taking care of my well-being while creating content can oftentimes be difficult. However, there’s a delicate balance to managing priorites and relationships that I find peace in. With time and determination, I realize that no challenge is too big to overcome.
