Discovering my purpose was quite the journey filled with lots of self-reflection. With a lots of interests pulling me in different directions, I struggled to pinpoint what truly resonated with me. For years, I had envisioned myself as an elementary school teacher, drawn to the idea of shaping young minds and making a difference in their lives. While my passion for working with children remained unwavering, I began to question whether teaching was my true calling.
It wasn’t until my freshman year of college that I stumbled upon a passion that ignited my soul: videography. After saving up for awhile, I invested in my first DSLR camera, determined to explore this new interest. From the moment I held the camera in my hands, I was hooked. I spent countless hours watching tutorials on YouTube and mastering editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. I found myself immersed in a world of creativity and possibility.
Videography became more than just a hobby—it became a means of expression through which I could capture the beauty of the world around me. As my skills grew, so too did my creative ambitions. I ventured into photography, discovering a new way to capture moments and tell stories through imagery. I dabbled in design and I found myself drawn to the fast-paced world of social media, using my expertise to craft compelling content and engage with audiences in meaningful ways.
Through videography, I found not only a passion but also a purpose: storytelling. Each frame, each image, each post became an opportunity to weave narratives that resonated with others, sparking emotions and inspiring action. What began as a simple love for capturing moments evolved into a profound appreciation for the power of storytelling.

From crafting captivating videos to designing eye-catching merchandise and formulating strategic marketing plans, my journey has been a whirlwind of creativity. Yet, amidst this diversity of roles, one common thread emerged: storytelling. It was the revelation that storytelling breathed life into every aspect of my work—video creation, social media management, photography, design, strategy. It dawned on me: my passion lies in the art of storytelling.
Thus, the idea for Professional Storytelling was born. At Professional Storytelling, we’re not just another agency. We’re storytellers, dedicated to reshaping the narrative landscape across multiple mediums. Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower individuals and brands to tell their stories authentically and powerfully.
Through the lens of Professional Storytelling, we redefine visual storytelling. From compelling videos to captivating photographs, from thoughtfully crafted social media campaigns to intricately designed brand strategies—each element is meticulously pieced together to create a narrative that resonates.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Reflecting on my journey, I’ve come to realize that it boils down to three fundamental qualities: passion, confidence, and the willingness to step out of your comfort zone. With these attributes in hand, the possibilities are boundless. Skills are cultivated through passion and dedication, and by consistently challenging yourself beyond your comfort zone, you open the door to countless opportunities.
How would you describe your ideal client?
An ideal client is not just someone who seeks a service or product; they’re someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their story. They understand the value of their narrative and are eager to convey it authentically to their audience. They recognize that storytelling is more than just a marketing tactic—it’s a powerful tool for connection, engagement, and building meaningful relationships.
