Meet Maritza Sinavage, Melissa Lymangrover, And Anthony Paxson

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Maritza Sinavage, Melissa Lymangrover, And Anthony Paxson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Maritza Sinavage, Melissa Lymangrover, and Anthony Paxson , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Maritza Sinavage (Tara): I developed my confidence and self esteem by acknowledging my positive qualities and accomplishments while I focused less on the negative ones.

Melissa Lymangrover: By acquiring solid knowledge and experience in as many areas as possible in life so that our audience can trust what we deliver every time we upload new content!

Anthony Paxson (CBeezy): By looking like “success” and by that I mean taking good care of myself knowing that my confidence can help me do whatever I set my mind to.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Melissa Lymangrover: We are so happy to announce that our YouTube channel is growing and now we have a total of 3 official hosts! We will be happy to add more official hosts in the future if the opportunity arises. So let’s catch up on everything that has been going on. As some of you know from our previous interview, Maritza Sinavage my daughter is a Girl Scouts Alumnae, a clarinetist, an artist, and a content creator. She carries an entrepreneurial spirit and is very interested in joining the beauty industry in her future. I am also a content creator, a former surrogate (yes you can find my journey in our channel “That’s Just Tara”), a commentator, and an aspiring author. Anthony Paxson (CBeezy) is my boyfriend. He has officially joined our “That’s Just Tara” team so now is officially a content creator! He carries both an entrepreneurial and artistic spirit. To tell you a little bit more, he aspires to become a rap artist and he would like to either become a fashion designer or launch his own clothing line some day. Perhaps we will be able to see his skills bloom soon on camera!

As we previously shared with you, we just do not want to entertain. We are here to make a difference and to help mold society by inspiring others. We do that by contributing in any way we can. Because of that we have been so happy to share most of our contributions and moments where we have either helped or highlighted organizations or businesses on YouTube.

Just recently we began incorporating more comedy to our shorts. The reason behind that is to help lighten the burden of the weight that all of us in the world are carrying right now with the current political climate.

For our long form videos we have been incorporating some more lifestyle and mental health related content. We want our audience both old and new to be able to experience a connection with us more on a personal level so we will be publishing more vlogs for your enjoyment!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Maritza Sinavage (Tara): Three qualities that have helped me the most in my journey is trying new things, not being afraid to ask for help, and not giving up. My advice is to try stuff even if your nervous, never give up on ur dreams or passions, and know that it’s okay not to know things!!!

Melissa Lymangrover: Being able to sustain my mind and soul with resilience, taking risks because some of the most beautiful opportunities in life sometimes come only once, and finally, having empathy in my heart. My advice is to make the best out things regarding circumstances!

Anthony Paxson (CBeezy): First, always being prepared in life. Second, worrying about yourself and your loved ones. Last but not least, other than things that are out of your control, being aware that you are responsible for your own outcome in life. My advice would be: Don’t let people set limitations for you.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

We are always open to! Anyone interested in collaborating with us can reach out via: [email protected]
