Meet Marta Han And Zsofia Jamieson

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Marta Han And Zsofia Jamieson. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Marta Han and Zsofia Jamieson below.

Hi Marta Han and Zsofia Jamieson, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Zsofia: My journey to finding purpose is deeply personal, and turned out to be very transformative. As someone who struggled with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) for many years, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to feel in control of your female health. After many years of trials and errors I discovered fertility-focused exercises, which helped me heal and gave me the tool to feel in control of my body, naturally. The more I learned and experienced, the more I felt a calling to share these techniques with other women. Following a long and stressful career in fashion, fertility wellness became my purpose because I knew it could empower women to reconnect with their bodies like I did, and this type of healing changes lives.

Marta: For me, purpose has always been tied to helping others feel whole and balanced. Coming from a background in competitive ballroom dancing, I understood the power of movement for mind-body awareness, resilience, and empowerment. Over time, I became drawn to how movement could help women specifically with reproductive and hormonal health, leading me to become certified in the Aviva Method and Vinyasa yoga. With Zsofia we have the perfect alignment of skills and passions, and out of that The Fertility Class was born. Our shared mission is to offer women everywhere a natural, holistic and enjoyable path to reproductive wellness.
Together, our purpose has become not only to help women navigate fertility challenges but also to build a community where women feel supported in their unique journeys, whether they’re trying to conceive, regulate their cycle, or simply reconnect with their body’s natural rhythms. We’ve dedicated ourselves to creating a space for women to feel informed and connected to their well-being.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Zsofia: The Fertility Class is a fun and dynamic workout that’s completely tailored to fertility and reproductive health. Our online platform of classes gives women complete flexibility to do the exercises wherever and whenever convenient for them. We provide personalized consultations, live classes and a supportive community designed for every stage of a woman’s fertility journey. Our method centers on increasing blood flow to the pelvic area which provides vitamins, mineral, oxygen to the reproductive organs. Over time this balances hormones and revitalizes the body, which not only revitalizes the organs and supports fertility but promotes overall wellness.

Marta: What excites us most is witnessing how deeply women connect with their bodies through our program. Many have reported not only fertility improvements but also relief from gynecological issues and a renewed sense of vitality and mental well-being. We’re thrilled to be expanding our reach with live events and a demo class tour, as well as offering a new complimentary consultation to help women explore our method, which anyone can book on our website.

Zsofia & Marta: We’re also deeply committed to expanding access, especially to women in underprivileged circumstances. Through partnerships with community centers, clinics, and nonprofits, we’re offering free enrollment for women who would not otherwise have access to this kind of support. We’re excited to provide scholarships, introductory workshops, and webinars to introduce women to the program and show them how it can make a difference in their reproductive and hormonal health.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Zsofia: For me, resilience, empathy, and a commitment to learning were crucial. Resilience helped us navigate the challenges of offering an entirely new concept in health & wellness. Empathy allowed me to connect deeply with the women we work with, and staying committed to learning has been invaluable, whether in reproductive health or business. For anyone starting out, I’d say: embrace the journey with curiosity and be open to continual growth.

Marta: I’d say body awareness, adaptability, and community-building have been central. Understanding the body’s needs helped us create a method that truly resonates with our clients, and adaptability allowed us to refine our program to make it accessible to a wide range of backgrounds. The importance of building a community of support was something we realized as we talked to more and more women. My advice? Don’t be afraid of change, especially as you grow, listen to feedback and be willing to adjust. And focus on building relationships. The people around you can be your greatest allies.

Our advice: Start by appreciating your knowledge and strengths. No matter how challenging the road gets, stay true to what you believe in. When you’re building something that deeply impacts people’s lives, you might face skepticism or pressure to shift your focus. Trust in your vision and stay grounded in your purpose. If you’re here to help others, let that be your guide. When you keep your commitment to supporting people and offering real value, your work will find those who need it most. Resilience and authenticity will carry you through, even when the path isn’t easy.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
