We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Marta Salerno a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Marta, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

Basically from my poor and lonely background. I am very ambitious and anything happened in my life give me the purpose of getting bettere into my existence

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am a 360 artist, I love the process of creation and to feel satisfied I open my creation window and I feel kind of safe with it. Safe from a world I do not like. I am a tattoo artist, painter, sculpture artist, I’ve been into graffiti, I also love video creation as YouTube pornhub and onlyfans producing porno videos. Anything I can express myself as a free spirit. I am new to the art world and starting to sell my paintings I’ve been producing consistently since a year. It is a new adventure and I want to see myself selling more art to dedicate my time mostly to that.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The art of time optimization.
This is a fundamental skill that help me to reach my goals an do multiple tasks everyday. I recommend to have a quality lifestyle to achieve that such exercise the body, mind, health food making your brain on 100% of his potential

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?

Self consciousness. It helped me to do better choices and avoid dramas. I am responsible on my acrion and thoughts not on somebody else.
