Meet Martha Sierra

We were lucky to catch up with Martha Sierra recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Martha, so excited to have you with us today and we are really interested in hearing your thoughts about how folks can develop their empathy? In our experience, most folks want to be empathic towards others, but in a world where we are often only surrounded by people who are very similar to us, it can sometimes be a challenge to develop empathy for others who might not be as similar to us. Any thoughts or advice?

Today, at my 42 years old I can see my life as a work notebook, where I had to learn and rehearse lots of lessons.

I see all kinds of themes, subjects that I had to course, submit, choose, so I could stand up in those places where my patients are standing right now in their lives.

Instead of seeing myself as a life’s victim, I’ve wanted to give everything I’ve been through the purpose of “empathy”, so I can accompany people through their life’s processes.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

My name is Martha and since I’m 15 years old I accompany “children” (of all ages) in their learning process in different areas such as Tae Kwon Do classes, emotional intelligence, leadership, self love, health awareness, among others.

Nowadays I keep doing the same accompaniment with more experience. After working with kids for 10 years, in 2010 I started to work with adults, and three years later, I began the individual sessions.

I have gained several experience in the topics of Ontological Coaching, Thetahealing, Family Constellations, Astrology, Tarot Reading, Medical Biomagnetismo, Acupuncture, Numerology and Martial Arts.

My name is Martha and since I’m 15 years old I accompany “children” (of all ages) in their learning process in different areas such as Tae Kwon Do classes, basic English, basic, emotional intelligence, leadership, self love, self care, self confidence, couple love, family love, order, health, and so many more themes in so many more scenarios).

Nowadays a keep doing the same accompaniment with a little bit more of experience. For about 10 years I worked with kids until 2008. Then I started to work with adult groups, since 2010 and the individual sessions started since 2013.

I have collected several tools on the way for the efficiency of the sessions (Ontological Coaching, Thetahealing, Family Constellations, Astrology, Tarot Reading, Medical Biomagnetismo, Acupuncture, Numerology, Martial Arts…).

What has made all the difference in my life is to spread “God’s Love Certainty”. living with this purpose has been a relief for my soul; This Certainty makes the difference in people’s life.

I want to clarify that I am not talking about this “religious God”, I am not talking about a God in a human form, I am talking about this GOD-LOVE that created and creates everything, I am talking about this God that is everything.

When we re-connect with this power-source, we ignite, we light up, we align, we become the one and only possibility that this God has to experience itself in this reality.

So, of course I love my job, I love to witness the magic that occurs when people remember their essential being, their truly self. I love to witness the healing bodies when they align to their truth, when they align to their permission of authenticity, the permission of being “I AM”.

I wrote a book in 2018 “¡Pedalea! 10 recordatorios para disfrutarte en la vida” that has been a compass for the people who has read it. This book is a reminder to go back to basics, to get yourself back, and to enjoy life.

¡Pedalea! Is available in Amazon, and soon it will be translated to English.

I am writing my second book which hopefully will be published next year.

You can get a lot of content in my web site www.marthasierras.com and in my social media @soymarthasierra where you will find
my Podcast, reels, conferences, workshops, meditations and some other tools to accompany you in different life processes.

I do love and believe in humanity, and in the power of love.

I love you.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Self awarness and self commitment are the qualities that had the biggest impact in my development process.

The advice I´d have loved to receive when I was younger, and I can suggest to you now, is “don´t get tired of getting to know you, be kind and patient to yourself in this process, remember there´s no hurry, and no matter what, ENJOY WHILE IT LASTS.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

The person who has been a key piece in my success is my younger brother. He is this unconditional being who is commited to me. He is the one who can tell me the truth with compassion, who can always listen to me, who can see my blind point, who i can trust with my eyes wide shut, who believes and sees my greatness.
