Meet Mary Grace Yniguez

We recently connected with Mary Grace Yniguez and have shared our conversation below.

Mary Grace, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
From the depths of my journey as a businesswoman, I’ve come to believe that our Why and Mission are living entities, constantly evolving as we navigate life’s intricacies. And at the heart of it all, they always circle back to that innate sense of purpose. As a young teenager, my love for community and the magic of bringing people together illuminated my path. I held friendships sacred, ensuring no one ever walked alone. This essence matured with me, embedding itself within my actions, especially when faced with the injustices of exclusion and discomfort.

Becoming an entrepreneur and a business owner was a revelation that business isn’t just about strategy and profits. It unveiled an astounding truth: 95% of this journey is a symphony of self-mastery and mindset refinement. It’s about forging a resolute connection with your inner self, a bond that propels you even on those days when you don’t want to!

It is during my journey that my vision of unity and inclusivity remained steadfast. It wasn’t just about success; it was about providing a space for business owners, ensuring they had the tools to thrive. Yet, my purpose became clearer when I began sharing my story – of resilience as a teen mom facing adversity, navigating my career journey, and eventually joining the intricate world of entrepreneurship. A symphony of resonance was born, as others began to see themselves in my narrative, finding solace in both my past and present.

It was in the practice of intentional meditation and mindfulness that my purpose unveiled itself with greater clarity. Amidst the craziness of social media and industry noise, I discovered my inner voice – a compass directing me toward authenticity. In this world of curated images, authenticity often eludes us, leading to the erosion of confidence as we compare ourselves with carefully polished facades.

As I delved deeper into my inner voice, an extraordinary transformation unfolded. My authenticity became a beacon, inviting women to share their stories, to embrace their own journeys of triumph over adversity. The tapestry of connection grew richer, weaving together the experiences of remarkable women who, like me, had walked through the crap and emerged as empowered business owners. The yearning to bridge the gap between intent and action, to provide a space where voices could resonate, became undeniable.

In the realm of networking and marketing events for entrepreneurs, a new calling surfaced – a beckoning to create a space for women seeking a sisterhood/community. Recognizing that my feelings of isolation weren’t unique, I knew there were others who yearned for authentic connections. The pivotal moment arrived with my first event tailored for women. Vulnerability flowed like a river, revealing unspoken needs as the energy of love & support filled the room!

It was in this cascade of vulnerability that my purpose stood in its full brilliance. A purpose that pushed me to share my voice, and my story, and to craft a secure space for impact-driven women to find solace and understanding. A realization dawned – by fully embracing my authenticity, I empower others to do the same.

We all yearn for community, for mentors who ignite motivation and inspiration. It’s a transformative dance that reveals the best version of ourselves. And in this dance, I found my definitive purpose – to kindle the fires within others, nurturing their minds, bodies, and souls. To become a living testament to the power of authenticity, inspiring others to harness their innate strength. In this, we become an unstoppable force, an orchestra of resilience, and a living embodiment of transformation.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
As an introvert, I prioritize intentionality and authentic relationships. This innate quality has allowed me to genuinely care for others and offer unwavering support.

When it comes to hosting events, especially networking and marketing events, you can expect nothing but meticulous attention to detail. Our events are designed to provide tangible value – equipping attendees with practical tools and resources to elevate their businesses, not just leaving them inspired and motivated. Time is precious, and we refuse to waste it!

With over a decade of experience in the marketing industry, my skills and expertise have played a pivotal role in my success. By leveraging these strengths, our business attracts clients effortlessly. Furthermore, our media team allows me to extend my gifts to our clients, providing them with unmatched support.

Creativity and design have been integral elements throughout my journey. Whether it’s crafting visually stunning graphics, organizing immersive events, or infusing emotion and professionalism into my brand, I understand the transformative power of creativity. Effective branding and marketing strategies are aimed at boosting a business’s visibility.

The path to improvement lies in taking bold leaps and stepping out of our comfort zones. By fully committing ourselves and embracing new experiences, we unlock our true potential. I firmly believe in the value of self-reflection, as watching your own videos is an invaluable tool for growth. Embrace the opportunity to enhance your skills and strive for excellence.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Yes, I am all about collaborating. I know my skills, but I also know my weaknesses ha! I’d love to collaborate with local OC and LA businesses who want to do events, and provide visibility to the community but also want to make an impact on others. As long as we share the same mission in some ways I’d be down to collaborate. For me, it’s about intention and impact. If this sounds amazing to you – let’s connect!
