Meet Maxwell Felman

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Maxwell Felman a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Maxwell , we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?

I believe my generosity comes from when I was a young kid that had a baby sister and was fortunate enough to have plenty growing up. I was always told to share with my sister and to share with my friends. After awhile, I learned to appreciate the look on their faces when I would share toys or snacks. I think that positive reaction of what my actions and influences could bring about in those around me became a sensation I could not stop striving for.

Now that I have grown up, I have not been able to be the greatest saver as I should be; but this sense of generosity still remains at my core. Somehow I believe it has served me well in my career as my clients continue to work with me time and time again. I imagine they can sense that I am not being greedy as I try to contribute towards their goals. We go farther, faster when we help each other yes?

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As I have dived into the real estate industry, I have come to love the interactions with clients, the rush of the deals, the endless possibilities of who I may meet next, and the satisfaction that comes from achieving exactly what my client wanted. I have found a home as a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Consultants Realty I in Fort Lauderdale and its so inspiring to be among such savvy and polished professionals that elevate my game. I am also a Loan Officer with Spark Mortgage Advisors based out of Hallandale, FL which has mentored me to be able to provide an extensive range financial possibilities for my clients to achieve their goals.

Now that I am with the number 1 brand RE/MAX for real estate and establishing private financing; I can’t help but grin with knowing of what is coming together to be able to become a real powerhouse of a network. Im so excited to see what new heights my career will go to while I assist my clients to new heights as well.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I believe being upfront, knowledgable, and understanding to those you work with will take you far. Not only in business, but also in the relationships that are made from such interactions. Being knowledgeable only gets you in the door, being upfront keeps you in the room, and being understanding to another’s needs and goals ensures you will deal with them again. I had a client that appreciated my efforts and now we are in business together. These qualities are always acknowledged and appreciated by those that interact with you, resulting in better relationships for the long run.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I am always looking for peers that share the same vision in real estate. As long as you truly want to put the effort in to grow together, it doesn’t matter what specific aspect you are associated with. We can collaborate by playing our positions to succeed and win together. Regardless if you are in sales, financing, construction, or even in a different state than Florida; there is so much action for us and I would love to have you on the team.

If anything I have said has interested you, I would love to talk about how we can work together. Contact me through my website “maxwellfelman.remax.com” and I look forward to hearing about the next big idea to get excited about! Thank you.
