From day one, we have invested considerable time and effort into creating a spa that stands out from the crowd. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the business, from the carefully curated services to the welcoming environment we have cultivated.
Understanding and meeting the needs of our clientele has always been a priority. Our focus on delivering exceptional customer service has helped build a loyal customer base and foster a positive reputation.

Lotus Luxury Spa and Wellness was opened as a visionary haven dedicated to women’s well-being. Founded by two passionate women (Krista Sadler and Megan Hicks), our spa was born from a shared vision of transforming the spa and wellness experience in Cache Valley, UT.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Being successful business owners requires a combination of skills, traits, and characteristics that enable individuals to lead effectively and make strategic decisions. The three qualities/skills/ or knowledge that most stand out are:
Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with employees, providers, customers, and community partners.
Customer Focus- At the heart of any thriving business is a commitment to customer satisfaction. By prioritizing the needs and expectations of our customers, we not only ensure their happiness but also lay the groundwork for building long-term loyalty. This loyalty, in turn, is essential for driving repeat business, which is a cornerstone of our success.
Strategic Planning- While building relationships and focusing on customers are vital, strategic planning is the third pillar that supports our business. It involves setting goals, analyzing market trends, and making informed decisions that align with our business’s long-term vision.
By focusing on these key qualities—building relationships, maintaining a customer focus, and engaging in strategic planning—business owners can navigate the complexities of the marketplace and achieve sustained success.
