Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Mehdi S.Fallah. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Mehdi, appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?
I keep my creativity alive by just always staying curious and exploring new things. I do a lot of reading and research, not just in my own field, but in all sorts of areas, because you never know where the next great idea is going to come from. I also make a point of studying the work of people I admire, trying to figure out what makes their work so powerful and timeless. But it’s not just about theory for me; I’m a big believer in experimentation—you know, trying different things, seeing what works and what doesn’t, and then just tweaking my process.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Right now, my main focus is on commercial advertising and promotional videos. But the project I’m really excited about is a new platform I’m developing. Essentially, it connects talented artists with niche businesses here in North America. The whole idea is to build a bridge between the art world and the business world, creating a space for some really unique collaborations.
On top of that, the platform is designed to showcase these artworks to potential buyers and collectors globally, so these amazing pieces can find an international audience. For me, it’s more than just a business venture; it’s about creating authentic connections between creativity and commerce.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I’d say the three qualities that have helped me the most are my design skills, video editing ability, and creativity. These were the foundation when I first started out, and they’ve honestly shaped some of the most pivotal moments in my career.
My advice for anyone just starting out would be to fully leverage the time we’re living in. Unlike the past, we now have access to endless resources—from free tutorials and advanced tools to AI that can actually support the creative process. My advice is to seize these opportunities, keep experimenting, and consistently push yourself to grow. Staying consistent, remaining curious, and being open to learning will take you much further than you might think.
Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
I absolutely believe in the power of teamwork—a strong team can make all the difference. But in my own career path, I’ve often found myself facing the biggest challenges alone. Due to a mix of market conditions, the resources I had, and the specific nature of my projects, I usually had no other option but to work independently.
I have collaborated with other professionals—3D artists, animators, marketing experts—and those were great experiences. But the core responsibility for problem-solving and pushing through obstacles always landed on my shoulders. I had to lean heavily on my own research, a commitment to constant learning, and a lot of trial and error to move forward. That journey, while difficult, really taught me resilience and self-reliance, which I now consider among my greatest strengths.
