Meet Melanie Wild

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Melanie Wild. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Melanie, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
Unwavering belief in my destiny, and studying and practicing techniques that pull me out of ruts, such as EFT, Psych K, Matrix Re-imprinting, meditation, and asking for help.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
There are two arts I hold dear in this world: 1) having fun! and 2) healing. I first and foremost have an extremely dedicated practice to healing myself. I heal myself whenever necessary to expand into the next most exciting part of my journey. Whenever I feel held back by myself, I go into the journey of inner work using potent tools that I’ve learned over the last 10 years to radically change my inner world. This process is not always fast, but it is always worth it. This same dedicated practice I have with myself — and my commitment to experiencing an extraordinary life, liberated of limiting patterns — is what I’m passionate about bringing to others. I have a strong healing practice that I share with women and men who are deep feelers, up to something powerful in the world, and are ready to make major shifts. I adore sitting across from my clients and facilitating life changing transformations. The feeling of weights being lifted off their minds and bodies brings my own system to an incredible high. It’s the feeling of a Godforce working through me, in service of them. It cleans house in all ways. I most recently left an active role at Mindlight, the emotional training company — the last organization I founded and built for 6 years. Now I am in the gestation period of properly launching my own calling to work directly with individuals. I’m very excited. You can join me in the journey of this at MelanieWild.com.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1) Basic financial literacy — taking the time to comb my spending and learn how much I cost a month. What my basic expenses are. Understanding the ratios of how much to save each month, and how to set myself up for the future. I recommend reading “I can teach you to be rich” and “Rich dad poor dad” 2) Emotional resilience practices — gaining a deep understanding that I am not my thoughts, feelings, or beliefs, but rather I create them from an observational seat of sovereignty, and HOW to do that effectively. I recommend learning EFT.
3) Antiracism work — understanding the systems at play in the US and how to be an ally for racial and systemic justice. I recommend reading: My Grandmother’s Hands and Nice Racism.
