Michael, thanks for taking the time to share your lessons with our community today. So, let’s jump right in – one of the most essential skills for unlocking our potential is self-discipline. Where does your self-discipline come from?

I have been trying to figure this out for many of years my life, where my self-discipline comes from.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

What it is that I do? I am a man of many hats in my business. I am the Owner of Erco Films Co. I am a cinematographer, videographer, script writer and editor. I the most exciting and special part is the editing processes because I get to see every scene come to life and take shape. As far as new we have a few film projects that are in the shooting phase. keep your eyes open.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three qualities I had to develop where: I had to understand business is business and family is family. Next you must always keep it professional 100% of the time from start to finish. At last know your worth, deals don’t pay the bills.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

Was building up a new strategy of approach for my business. Putting my company in the line of site for others I should say
