Michael jay , so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

As a songwriter and producer I need to create new original material, from the age of 20 I have spent half of my life travelling abroad, working with music and meeting many people from many different cultures, from Europe to America to cambodia, experiencing different cultures have kept me creating new original music and loving every moment

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I have worked in the music business for 25 years, starting out as a dj working in cavos( Greece ) and ibiza ( Spain )…
In 2010 I was signed to a record label in Nashville USA, recently I have signed to a label in Italy called Tilt records cooperate..
All my songs have been produced by ELO, Stevie Knicks, Leon Russel producer Duane Scott in Nashville,
I was also managed by Greg lewerke who managed Bruce Springsteen, Aerosmith and Boston..
My new 2025 album has just been released called ” 24 heures to Nashville “

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

Believe in my talent, they gave up so much so I could have singing and piano lessons, something I will be forever grateful for.
