Michele, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

At a very young age, I’ve always been an individual driven to build and create something. Whether it was creating a pretend school, playing all the roles, cutting up my clothes to make my Barbies outfits, and making pink slips for my brother to use the bathroom in our own house, or organizing and designing how my pretend school or bank would operate. That entrepreneurial spirit was always a part of me. Over time, I realized that this desire to create and organize wasn’t just a childhood game, but something that would shape my professional life.

My purpose truly began to take form as I entered adulthood after a dark period in my early 30s. Being a mother to a child with special needs deepened my understanding of patience, resilience, and empathy. These experiences guided me toward creating a business that empowers others, whether that’s through project management or supporting people in their personal and professional growth. Professionally, I found my purpose in the ability to help others streamline processes, organize chaos, and find clarity. Having the opportunity to do what I love and seeing my efforts launch that person forward in their own purpose, is the most fulfilling feeling to have. Through MEESH Agency, I’ve been able to combine my passion for building systems with my commitment to empowering others, helping businesses find balance and fulfillment while creating impactful, positive change

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

At MEESH Agency, we specialize in project management, business optimization, and event planning. We have had to opportunity to help businesses streamline their processes, automate workflows, and create systems that allow them to thrive. What excites me most is the transformation we see when chaos is organized and a vision is brought to life. Our approach is always people-first, tailoring our services to fit each client’s unique needs and providing clarity and structure so they can focus on what matters most to them.

Through MEESH Agency, we’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of industries, including high-profile individuals – CEOs and celebrities to individuals with ADHD, and we’ve realized that the support we provide goes beyond just business. Many of these clients not only needed help with their professional lives but also guidance on how to bring structure to their personal lives. We became not just their business consultant but their accountability partners, helping them balance both aspects and accomplish their goals.

This is what inspired me to start Chaos Curator. While MEESH Agency focuses on supporting businesses, I wanted to expand and help more individuals. As someone who is very familiar with chaos and has had to learn how to embrace it in order to align with my purpose, I feel passionate about helping others do the same. Whether through free virtual gatherings, or our individual mentorship and accountability programs, Chaos Curator is designed to support women who are struggling with the chaos in their lives. My goal is to help them bring balance, structure, and purpose to both their professional and personal worlds, empowering them to thrive and reach their full potential.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, I believe three qualities that were most impactful in my journey are leading with faith, patience, and perseverance. Leading with faith, for me, means leaning into God’s words, trusting in Him, and believing that everything happening is for my greater good. I’ve learned that nothing truly worked when I relied solely on my own strength. Trusting in God’s plan and staying connected to my faith has been the foundation for every step I’ve taken, especially when faced with uncertainty.

Patience has also been crucial. Building something meaningful takes time, and I’ve learned that the most significant progress often happens behind the scenes. Success doesn’t always come quickly, and I’ve found that staying patient and focusing on the long-term vision has allowed me to make better decisions and stay grounded in my purpose.

Perseverance has been another key factor. There were many moments when setbacks seemed overwhelming, but my determination to keep going, despite the challenges, has been my driving force. The ability to push through difficult times and remain resilient has shaped both my personal and professional growth.

For those early in their journey, my advice is to develop these qualities and recognize their importance. Lead with faith—lean into God’s guidance and trust that the journey is unfolding for your greater good. Practice patience—remember that meaningful success takes time, and allow yourself grace in the process. And most importantly, be persistent—don’t give up, even in the toughest moments. Keep showing up, and you will get to where you’re meant to be.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

Throughout my journey, the most helpful presence in overcoming challenges and developing the essential skills I needed to be successful has been my faith in God. I have learned to trust in His plan and guidance, especially in times of uncertainty and adversity. When faced with difficult decisions or moments of doubt, I’ve leaned into God’s words and trusted that He is shaping my path for my greater good. My faith has provided me with strength, clarity, and resilience, helping me persevere through obstacles that I would not have been able to navigate on my own.

Additionally, I’ve found that surrounding myself with a strong support system of mentors, family, and like-minded individuals who share my faith has been invaluable. They have offered advice, and encouragement, but it’s through my relationship with God that I have found the ultimate guidance. When I trust in His direction, it’s as if the pieces fall into place, even in the most challenging circumstances. God has truly been my most reliable source of support, helping me build the resilience, patience, and perseverance needed to succeed.
