Meet Michella Elad

We were lucky to catch up with Michella Elad recently and have shared our conversation below.

Michella, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

Finding my purpose has been a journey shaped by faith, love, and sacrifice. At the heart of it all is my relationship with God. He has been my anchor in times of uncertainty, my guide when I felt lost, and my source of strength when I needed courage. Through prayer, reflection, and trust in his plan, I’ve come to understand that my purpose isn’t just about what I do, it’s about who I am becoming.

Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the incredible sacrifices my parents made to ensure my siblings and I had the best education and opportunities. They worked tirelessly, often putting their own needs aside, so we could thrive. Their dedication instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and gratitude. It taught me that purpose is often found in service in showing up for others, in striving for excellence, and in honoring the legacy of those who have sowed and paved the way for you.

My faith and my family have shaped me into someone who values integrity, compassion, and perseverance. I’ve learned that purpose isn’t a destination, or a sprint, but an ongoing marathon; t’s a daily commitment to live with intention, to grow through challenges, and to use my gifts to uplift others.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

In my professional role, I focus on ensuring excellence and consistency in workforce processes, helping drive quality and innovation in healthcare. But beyond the corporate world, my heart beats strongest for fitness.

Whether it’s strength training, cardio, or simply encouraging others to move their bodies and nourish their minds, I find deep joy in inspiring people to live healthier, more empowered lives. What excites me most is witnessing transformation not just physical, but mental and emotional. Fitness is more than a workout; it’s a mindset, a lifestyle, and a path to self-discovery.

I’m currently exploring ways to expand my reach through community events, online content, and personalized coaching so I can continue motivating and supporting others on their wellness journeys.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back on my journey, three qualities have been especially impactful: consistency, accountability, and self-prioritization.

1. Consistency is the foundation of progress. It’s not about being perfect every day, it’s about showing up, even when it’s hard. Whether in fitness, work, or personal growth, small daily actions compound into big results.

2. Accountability means owning your choices and your outcomes. It’s about being honest with yourself, recognizing where you can improve, and taking responsibility for your growth. This mindset builds resilience and integrity.

3. Prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential. Giving yourself grace, practicing discipline, and committing to follow through are all part of honoring your goals and your well-being. When you take care of yourself, you’re better equipped to support others.

My advice for those early in their journey is to start with intention. Set clear goals, but be flexible with your path. Surround yourself with people who uplift you, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Most importantly, be kind to yourself. Progress isn’t linear, and every step forward no matter how small is worth celebrating! Be your BIGGEST CHEERLEADER!

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

One book that has played a deeply transformative role in my personal and professional development is the Bible. Its timeless wisdom has guided me through challenges and helped shape the values I live by is consistency, accountability, self-prioritization, grace, discipline, and commitment. Verses like Galatians 6:9, which encourages perseverance in doing good, and Proverbs 16:3, which speaks to the power of committing your actions to the Lord, have reminded me to stay grounded and intentional. 2 Corinthians 12:9 has taught me to embrace grace, especially in moments of weakness, knowing that strength is made perfect there. These scriptures have not only inspired my fitness journey but have also helped me lead with purpose, stay disciplined, and extend compassion to myself and others.
