We were lucky to catch up with Michelle Galoob recently and have shared our conversation below.
Michelle, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I didn’t find my purpose when life was going well.
I found it when everything fell apart.
There was a time when I felt completely disconnected from myself. I was in a 9–5 job that drained me, struggling financially, anxious, depressed, and trying so hard to hold it together. I hit a point where I felt lost, empty, and honestly hopeless. It was my rock bottom.
I didn’t know where to turn for help anymore. I was on my knees, crying, and I said out loud to the universe,
“I can’t do this anymore. Please help me. Show me another way.”
That was the moment everything began to change.
My spiritual teacher, who had passed away, suddenly appeared at the foot of my bed. He gave me answers to the questions I had been carrying for so long. At first, I thought I was going crazy. Was I really seeing him? Was I really hearing his words?
But I felt incredibly supported, and it was like a huge weight had been lifted.
Shortly after that experience, I began hearing gentle whispers of guidance in my left ear — words of wisdom that felt calm, loving, and clear. I became deeply connected to the truth of who I really was. I felt connected to my core essence.
And what I realized was this: even while I was in that 9–5 job, what had always made me feel alive was helping people connect to who they truly are.
I didn’t know how I was going to do that — but I stayed open and trusted the universe to guide me.
That guidance eventually led me to Akashic Record work and to creating my Intuitive Lifestyle Program, where I teach people how to recognize and trust their inner guidance so they can connect to their highest selves, trust themselves, and make confident decisions.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
What I do is help people reconnect to their intuition and learn how to actually trust themselves again.
So many people are intuitive by nature, but they’ve been taught to ignore it — to overthink, doubt themselves, or look outside for answers. My work is about helping people quiet the noise, reconnect to their inner guidance, and use that connection to make confident decisions in their real, everyday lives.
What feels most special about this work is that it’s not abstract or “out there.” It’s deeply personal and practical. I don’t teach people to become someone else — I help them remember who they already are. When someone reconnects to their intuition, you can literally see the shift: more clarity, more confidence, more peace, and a deeper sense of trust in themselves.
I share my own journey openly because I know how lonely it can feel to be disconnected from yourself — and I want people to know they’re not alone and they have the support of their Spirit Team.
Right now, I’m most excited about continuing to expand my Intuitive Lifestyle Program, where I teach people how to recognize and trust their inner guidance through live sessions, tools, and ongoing support. It’s been incredible to watch people move from doubt and confusion into clarity and self-trust.
At the heart of everything I do is this belief:
You already have the answers. My work is simply helping you hear them.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Learning to quiet my mind:
For a long time, my thoughts were loud and constant, and it was impossible to connect to my intuition. Once I learned how to slow down and quiet my mind, I could finally hear the guidance coming through.
My advice: start small. Even a few minutes a day of stillness, breathwork, or journaling can make a huge difference over time.
Learning how my spirit team was already communicating with me:
I realized I wasn’t disconnected — I just didn’t know how to recognize the signs and feelings that were already there. Once I understood how guidance shows up for me, everything changed.
My advice: pay attention to repetitive patterns, what feels calm and clear, and what resonates in your body. Do you hear your guidance? See your guidance? Feel your guidance? Just know with absolute certainty?
Surrendering the need to have it all figured out.
I used to believe I needed a full plan before moving forward. What actually helped was letting go and trusting that the next step would reveal itself when I was ready.
My advice: Just know the universe has a master plan. Let go of needing to know what’s next and flow with it.

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
The most impactful thing my parents did for me was letting me be me.
They didn’t try to change me or push me into a box. They gave me the freedom to explore who I was and trust myself. They also opened me up to the world of spirituality early on, which helped me see life as something deeper and more meaningful.
That combination — being accepted as I was and being exposed to spirituality — shaped everything I do today.
