“I believe that my resilience stems from a combination of factors, but ultimately, it comes down to my unwavering faith in the power of perseverance and positivity. I have faced numerous challenges and obstacles throughout my life, but each time, I have chosen to view these experiences as opportunities for growth and transformation.
One of the key sources of my resilience is my belief in myself and my ability to overcome any adversity that comes my way. I draw strength from within, tapping into a deep well of determination and inner fortitude that allows me to keep pushing forward even when the odds seem insurmountable.
Moreover, I am greatly inspired by the stories of resilience and triumph of others who have faced seemingly impossible circumstances and emerged stronger than ever. These stories serve as a constant reminder that no matter how difficult a situation may be, there is always a way through if we approach it with courage and tenacity.
Additionally, my support system plays a crucial role in helping me stay resilient during tough times. Whether it’s family, friends, or mentors, having people who believe in me and encourage me to keep going has been instrumental in shaping my ability to bounce back from setbacks.

Being recognized by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences with a nomination for excellence in production in the Metaverse category is truly an honor. To be selected out of 20,000 entries and to be competing against industry giants like the NFL and Mercedes-Benz speaks volumes about the quality and impact of our work. This recognition motivates us to continue pushing forward, setting new standards for creativity and excellence in the Metaverse space.
What sets our brand apart is our relentless pursuit of innovation and our dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for our users. Reflecting on my journey, I believe three qualities that have been most impactful are:
1. Creativity The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas has been crucial in navigating the rapidly evolving world of technology. Cultivating creativity involves exposing yourself to diverse experiences, being open to new perspectives, and being willing to take risks in your work.
2. Resilience Building a successful Metaverse company requires perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks. Developing resilience involves learning from failures, staying adaptable in fast-changing environments, and maintaining a positive mindset even during tough times.
3. Collaboration Collaboration with talented individuals who bring different skills and expertise to the table has been instrumental in the success of my journey. Building a strong network of collaborators, partners, and mentors is essential for growth and innovation in this field.
For those who are early in their journey, my advice would be:
1. Continuous Learning* Stay curious and commit to lifelong learning. The technology landscape is constantly evolving, so it’s essential to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry.

One book that has had a profound impact on my personal and professional growth is “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek. As a retired Fortune 500 Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President with a deep commitment to community service and activism, this book resonated with me on multiple levels.
Sinek’s exploration of purpose-driven leadership in “Start with Why” struck a chord with me, especially as I transitioned from the corporate world to focus on community engagement and political advocacy. The concept of the Golden Circle – starting with why before delving into how and what – fundamentally shifted my perspective on leadership.
One key insight that stood out to me was the power of understanding one’s intrinsic motivation and purpose. By anchoring my actions and decisions in a clear understanding of why I do what I do, I found renewed passion, innovation, and connection with others who shared similar values.
