We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Mindy Hamilton. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Mindy below.
Mindy, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.
Resilience has been everything for me. When you build something from the ground up — especially something rooted in creativity and connection — not everyone will understand your vision. I’ve learned that the noise, the doubt, and the criticism often come when you’re doing something worth noticing. Instead of letting it discourage me, I use it as fuel to keep moving forward and refining what I do.
At the end of the day, I remind myself why I started — to create experiences that make people feel seen, confident, and connected. That purpose grounds me when things get tough. Resilience isn’t about pretending it’s easy; it’s about trusting your path, learning from the hard moments, and showing up again and again — even when it would be easier to quit.
The truth is, you can’t let other people’s fears or opinions define your limits. I’ve faced my share of doubters, but I’ve also seen firsthand how powerful it is to keep believing in yourself and your vision. That’s what builds strength — and that’s what keeps me inspired to lead, create, and grow no matter what comes my way.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’ve always been passionate about creating meaningful experiences through craftsmanship and connection. I’m the new owner of BONDED, the original permanent jewelry brand established in 2019, and the Hamilton Hat Lounge — two concepts that celebrate personal style, creativity, and storytelling in completely unique ways. What excites me most is how these brands have evolved into spaces where people come not just to shop, but to connect — to mark special moments, express who they are, and leave feeling seen and inspired.
This year is an especially exciting chapter as I step into the role of national owner for BONDED. We’re expanding beyond our current nine cities, focusing on empowering women across the country to build their own success within the brand. BONDED has always been more than jewelry — it’s a catalyst for confidence, connection, and community — and that’s the energy driving this next phase of growth.
Whether it’s through a custom bracelet, a personalized hat, or a curated event in our studio, everything I do is rooted in meaning and intention. I want people to walk away feeling like they were part of something special — because to me, that’s what true luxury is all about.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, I’d say the three qualities that have shaped my journey the most are resilience, creativity, and connection. Resilience has carried me through every challenge — the setbacks, the doubts, the moments where it would’ve been easier to stop. It taught me to trust myself and keep showing up, even when things felt uncertain. Creativity has been my compass — not just in design, but in how I approach business, problem-solving, and growth. And connection is truly the heart of everything I do — it’s what turns a brand into a community and an experience into a memory.
For anyone just starting out, my biggest advice is to lean into those same qualities. Build your resilience by embracing the hard days — they’ll give you the strength and clarity you need later. Keep your creativity alive by staying curious and open to learning; inspiration can come from anywhere. And never underestimate the power of authentic connection — with your clients, your team, and your community. Success isn’t built overnight; it’s built moment by moment, through consistency, courage, and heart.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
The past 12 months have been a whirlwind of growth and expansion, both personally and professionally. I’ve opened two new BONDED studios, founded the Hamilton Hat Lounge, and taken the leap to become the nationwide owner of BONDED — each milestone pushing me to grow in ways I never imagined. The biggest area of growth has been learning to scale while staying true to the heart of what makes these brands special: craftsmanship, authenticity, and connection. Balancing expansion with maintaining quality and the personal touch our clients expect has been challenging, but it’s also been incredibly rewarding and a true test of leadership.
