We were lucky to catch up with Mixology 101 recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Mixology , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Finding my purpose was never an easy task, but definitely the most important one for me, it all started when my older sister asked me? What do I want? In a genuine way, I was seventeen getting ready to apply to colleges and wondering where should I go. I’ve always been told what to do at that point in my life. All I knew is that I loved talking to people and I was really good and being hospitable. Then when I learned that I had a talent for making drinks and applying my creativity to my cocktails and work area, my purpose redefined and defined itself, but it all steamed from that one question what do you want? Even to this day, I try not to add to many different titles to things because I feel like it takes away from the purpose, distracts us almost

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I love making amazing drinks, and have met so many different people learn this skill, Mixology 101 is an environment where I can bring out that passion of making fun, innovative drinks with my connection with people and put it under one roof is how I begin teaching people about my world of mixology and how bright and warm it truly is.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Patience, having patience is in all area is such a big thing, having patience with yourself and other people.

2. Thinking Out Of The Box and Inside, a lot of times some of my best ideas are so simple and that what people need sometime

3. Never Folding, always keep your morals intact, and keep your word because in some situations that’s all you have.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
Whenever I get overwhelmed, I always remember that it’s going to work out just fine and if I ever feel anxious or nervous, I always remember that anxiety is right next to excitement
