Hi Monica, appreciate you sitting with us today. Maybe we can start with a topic that we care deeply about because it’s something we’ve found really sets folks apart and can make all the difference in whether someone reaches their goals. Self discipline seems to have an outsized impact on how someone’s life plays out and so we’d love to hear about how you developed yours?

My self-discipline comes from my spiritual upbringing and faith. I believe that my body is a temple, and I strive to honor God by taking care of it.

I’ve developed self-discipline through my spiritual practices, such as prayer, meditation, and reading scripture. These habits help me stay focused and motivated.
Through my spiritual journey, l’ve discovered that self-discipline is not just about achieving goals, but about honoring God and living a life that reflects His character.

Here’s some exciting updates about my journey as a Christian model:

As a devoted Christian and fashion model, I’m thrilled to share my passion with others. What I find most exciting about being a Christian model is the opportunity to showcase modesty, elegance, and inner beauty in the fashion industry. My faith is the foundation of my career, and I strive to inspire others through my work.

I’m eager to announce that I have several exciting projects on the horizon! I’ll be participating in an upcoming model showcase in May where I’ll have the opportunity to walk the runway and share my passion with a wider audience.

Additionally, I’m preparing to sign with a top-tier model management company, which will open doors to new and exciting opportunities in the fashion world.

Recently, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a renowned celebrity gospel music artist to model her T-shirt collection. This collaboration has not only been a dream come true but also a testament to the power of faith and hard work.

Through my journey as a Christian model, I hope to inspire others to stay true to their values and pursue their passions with purpose and integrity. Stay tuned for updates on my upcoming projects and endeavors!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

As a Christian model, I’ve had the opportunity to reflect on my journey and identify the key qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge that have been most impactful.

Confidence and self-awareness have been essential in my modeling career. Understanding my strengths, weaknesses, and unique features has allowed me to market myself effectively and take on opportunities that align with myself as a freelance model.

Develop confidence and self-awareness, is a must.

Practicing positive affirmations and self-care
Seeking feedback from trusted mentors or industry professionals
Experimenting with different looks, styles, and poses to discover what works best for you.

The modeling industry can be unpredictable and rejection is inevitable. Developing resilience and adaptability has helped me navigate setbacks and stay focused on my goals.

Developing a growth mindset and viewing challenges as opportunities for growth
Building a support network of friends, family, or mentors who can offer encouragement and guidance.

Staying flexible and open to new experiences, clients, and opportunities.

As a model, I’m not just a face or a body – I’m a brand. Developing business acumen and marketing skills has allowed me to effectively promote myself, negotiate contracts, and manage my finances.

Definitely develop business acumen and marketing skills, I recommend:

Taking courses or attending workshops on marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship
Building a strong online presence through social media and a personal website
Networking with industry professionals, such as agents, photographers, and stylists, to learn from their experiences and gain insights into the industry.

Focus on building a strong foundation in the qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge mentioned above
Be patient and persistent – success in the modeling industry rarely happens overnight
Stay true to yourself and your values, and don’t compromise your integrity for the sake of success.
