Meet Monique Hieserich

We recently connected with Monique Hieserich and have shared our conversation below.

Monique, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

At age 18, I developed Crohn’s disease and then through all the ups and downs, recovered in my late 20s. This was an awakening experience in my life that brought me optimism. I truly developed a strong sense of faith. We have to stay positive in life and count our blessings. Although I wasn’t able to attend college, I self studied alternative medicine and now work as an innovative detox specialist at a cellular level.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I guide clients through a minimum six month detoxification program where we get to the root cause of illness, Dependant on what the client’s previous exposures and health history, is how the program is customized. What I offer is innovative and now used with the worlds top specialists to get the body back into balance, and we can work with the most difficult of cases.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three pillars with healing and longevity breaks down to the spectrum of mental/emotional, physical and chemical. These have been the most impactful in my story. On a mental/emotional level, I would advise anyone ready to take on healing to begin with mindfulness. When you believe you can get well, you can. Quantum physics proves this. And, have those you love put you on their prayer list, as biophotons have also been groundwork and proven for healing in the recent decade as well.

On a physical level, keeping the body mobile and especially when it comes to the nervous system and muscles of the body. It is a good idea to bring in endurance training, weightbearing exercise as well as stretching and/or yoga that can keep the body in a parasympathetic state and the muscles to produce myokines. This way we can rest and digest and set the body up for success to lower inflammation and naturally detoxify. Additionally, diet is imperative. We have to learn to eat with the seasons, and listen to our bodies. Ancient healing modalities in our modern day are what is taught in my program for true health and healing.

Lastly, chemical exposures anywhere from mold to heavy metals are keynote and the only way to rid ourselves of these are to detoxifiy the neurotoxins that accumilate deep into the brain tissues and into the nervous system. This is what can have one of the biggest impacts for true and everlasting affects on our wellness. I would recommend seeing a practitioner that is seasoned at cellular detox, and commit to keep at it until symptoms subside.
