Meet Morgan Oslowski

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Morgan Oslowski. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Morgan with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

All my life I depended on my grandparents for help and they’ve always instilled in me to save save save! My grandmother grew up with dirt floor with nothing to her name her and my grandfather made their lives comfortable by always working hard and that resonates in me. I’ve had a job since I was able to work. I am not a millionaire yet! But when it comes to my work ethics I’m gonna always show up sick, tired, or broken my grandparents always showed up so I have to as well.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am a 28 year old mother to a beautiful girl named Layla. Born and raised in McKeesport pa. I enjoy traveling and brunch dates lol. I am a nail tech and aesthetician and co own a business called touch beauty bar.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I think 3 qualities that helped me in my journey is being humble. I never felt or feel like I’m better than anyone and I’m always open to constructive criticism. Another quality is my kind heartedness I’m always willing to help and lastly I try to have a positive attitude about life I prepare for the worse and hope for the best.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

I think my biggest area in growth is my internally. And listening to my instincts
