We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful MORGAN Schultz. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with MORGAN below.
Hi MORGAN, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
My optimism is deeply rooted in my trust in God – the Divine. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and unfolds with purpose. Every experience we have is connected, each moment weaves into the next. Life, at its core, is a dance of duality. It’s through the depths of sadness that we come to fully appreciate the joy and happiness. You cannot truly feel happiness without having known sadness. They co-exist together, you cannot have one without the other.
When I find myself in a heavier season, I remind myself that it’s here for a reason – to invite me deeper into my being, to help me shed old layers and make space for something new. I welcome these seasons with gratitude, knowing they are sacred teachers. Each challenge is an opportunity to better understand ourselves, to show up with greater depth, compassion, and grace – not just for others, but most importantly for ourselves too.
It all comes back to surrender. How deeply can you trust the process? The most beautiful reminder is that the storms never last forever. Energy always moves. Transformation always comes.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Everything shifted for me in 2018 when my dad passed away unexpectedly. He was my absolute best friend and the grief I was experiencing completely rocked my body and my entire life. His transition was the start of this “coming home” journey for me. From that point on, everything began to move and transform.
During the pandemic, I created MoShantii as a healing space where I started crafting crystal jewelry, each piece intentionally infused with Reiki. It began as a small offering of love and healing, but as I continued to evolve energetically, so did my work. I felt deeply drawn to the world of energy healing and immersed myself in different modalities. I took courses and earned certifications – but more than anything, it was life itself that became my greatest teacher.
Ever since a little girl I lived with such dark depression but I had no idea that others were not feeling the same way that I was. I believe my life was one big initiation. A slow unraveling, teaching me how to surrender and keep moving through it. Layer by layer, I let go of control. And as I shifted, my work naturally transformed alongside me.
I’m so grateful for the work I get to do. I currently hold space in Boca Raton, where I offer both individual sessions and group ceremonies. Every session is intuitively guided and unique. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My intention is always to meet people exactly where they are and support them from that space of presence and compassion. I integrate a blend of modalities including energy healing, EFT, Breathwork, Emotional Release, and Channeling to help guide others on their path.
My group ceremonies are attuned to the cycles of the moon. Using the Full Moon to release and let go and using the New Moon to call in new energy and manifest.
I see myself not as the healer, but as the hand holder in your journey. My role is to support people in remembering their own power, reconnecting with their inner truth, and shedding the layers that no longer serve them. It’s about remembering to come home back to yourself – free from outside labels or masks. Together, we co-create a sacred space where real transformation can occur. A space for honesty, release, remembrance, and healing.
I hold this work incredibly close to my heart – it’s not something I take for granted. It’s a deep honor to walk this path, and I’m endlessly grateful for those who allow me to walk it with them.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My biggest piece of advice for anyone beginning their journey is to embrace the power of surrender.
So often as a society, we cling – whether it’s to people, emotions, outcomes, or old stories. But true strength lies in letting go of the need to control, and instead allowing yourself to flow with the seasons and waves of life.
The more you surrender and become the observer of your own experience, the more clearly you’ll recognize the lessons and wisdom being woven into every moment. Emotions are like waves and they are meant to move through us. You can feel sadness without needing to grasp it tightly or carry it longer than necessary. Let it pass, and trust that something deeper is always unfolding.
And above all, practice compassion – both for others and for yourself. We are often our own harshest critics, forgetting that healing isn’t linear and growth takes time. Imagine if instead of meeting yourself with judgement and fear – you meet yourself with love and compassion. Everyone is carrying something you may not see, so move gently. Speak to yourself with the same kindness you would offer a loved one. That grace will carry you through more than you know.
Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
When I feel overwhelmed, I like to slow down and check in with my body to understand what it needs to feel supported. Sometimes, my body craves movement to release that heavy, overwhelming energy. At our core, we are animals, and just like animals in the wild who shake their bodies to let go of stress, we too can reconnect with this natural way of releasing tension. Whether it’s shaking, moving, or dancing, these actions help clear stagnant energy.
Other times, I need stillness and silence – creating space to turn inward and explore where this emotion is coming from and how it arrived. Have I been taking care of everyone else while neglecting myself? I allow myself to honestly observe how I have or haven’t been showing up for my own well-being.
There is a profound magic in tuning inward to your body. Within you lies ancient wisdom – an innate ability to heal itself. Yet too often, we forget this deep knowing and look for answers outside ourselves. Over time, this disconnects us from the natural, intuitive power we hold to nurture and heal our own being.
So my greatest advice is simple: pause and ask your body, “What do you need right now?”
