We recently connected with Morghan Vincent and have shared our conversation below.
Morghan, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Positive thinking, practice, training, knowledge and talking to other people are all useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence levels. Confidence comes from feelings of well-being, acceptance of your self and belief in your own ability, skills and experience. I developed my confidence by joining the dance and theater group at my school. I used to be shy and afraid to speak in front of people. My theater instructor chose me to be the lead in our school’s Christmas play. I wanted to play this part so I accepted the challenge. I had no choice but to do my best and build my self-confidence.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Her business continues to grow. Today, the award-winning, ready-to-drink Rainbow Sprinkle Lemonades in 9 refreshing flavors is the talk of the town. It is available online for pickup or shipping at www.rainbowsprinklelemonade.

It is about a variety of uncommon careers to inspire children at an early age to see themselves doing these jobs as options when they grow up. Morghan launched her second coloring book, Emotions, in March 2022. It is a fun coloring and activity book for kids who want to learn about various human emotions.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
People learn skills throughout their lives in their own experiences. The more experience they have in a particular area, the higher their skill level becomes. I think that being adaptable, having critical thinking and problem solving skills and being able to communicate have been the most impactful in my journey.
Showing that you can be flexible by adapting to situations when they arise is important when learning new concepts in order to succeed.
Critical thinking is necessary for almost everything. Critical thinking is not just a skill, but a habit formed to help with problem-solving.
Communication includes listening, writing and speaking. It is important to be able to articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively. Being a good listener means you strive to understand others’ emotions, build strong relationships and resolve conflict.
I would tell folks who are early on their journey that critical thinking helps boost communication confidence. It is lot easier to communicate when you are prepared with information. It is one thing to communicate. Another thing is to communicate in a way that has the most possible impact. Also, things might not always go as planned so being able to adapt to any situation is key.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is someone who is loyal and loves lemonade, frequently buys my lemonade, and is likely to recommend my business to their friends and colleagues.
On a hot day, a cool drink of lemonade is just the thing to re-energize. Similarly, in the heat of competition, lemonade is exactly what is needed to provide a compelling customer experience with my brand.
