We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Mouna Fall a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Mouna, so happy to have you with us today and there is so much we want to ask you about. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others developed certain skills or qualities that we are struggling with can be helpful. Along those lines, we’d love to hear from you about how you developed your ability to take risk?
My ability to take risks was created through a combination of life experiences, a position of survival instinct, learning from my past failures, accepting discomfort as a sign of growth, and constantly choosing to step outside of my comfort zone. Some may think I am spontaneous when it comes to business decision but I am actually a calculated risk taker. It just happened that I make very quick decision by focusing and keeping my eyes on the the potential rewards of taking risks
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
My biggest qualities are communication first, people are at ease around me and my voice.
My personality is also one of my biggest gift, I heard that I am a very agreeable, sweet, polite and peaceful person.
The fact that I am bilingual and very cultured have been very significant in my success in all areas of my life. I am non judgemental and I accept people the way they are.
Plus I give a lot of love.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am looking for a lot of small business owners to reach out to me to become guests on my podcast. https://tinyurl.com/fallsfactorapp
It’s free and it’s my way to give back to the community.
I am also looking for singles to reach out to me so I can be their cupid in connecting them with their soulmates.
I want to be challenged like never before, ask me whatever you dream of and I will find your better half for you.
