We were lucky to catch up with Myreon Arslan recently and have shared our conversation below.
Myreon, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
From watching my parents navigate a world they did not grow up in. They are both immigrants to the US and I their first born had to watch how they were treated and view the struggles and triumphs of living. I am a much stronger and inviting to all people

Myself and the MJB Talent Agency team are focused on finding quality substantial and meaningful work for our clients in the entertainment industry that stands the test of time. We represent good and philanthropic people who take their work seriously and are willing to help others in society not just get praise for the artistic endeavors. Along with Golden statues for their greatness we expect golden standards in human kindness.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Be educated. Having versatility that can have you comfortable and in control in all scenarios. Having a clear understanding that this is team effort and no one individual is above another. Having clear goals in mind to work towards and be willing to change course if need be to keep the determination alive in you to strive for greatness.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
The ideal client is educated, intelligent, and has instincts to want greatness thrust upon them. Someone who is creative artistic and has the reason other than pretentious ones to create wonderful arts for people to enjoy long after we are gone.
