We were lucky to catch up with N.A.M recently and have shared our conversation below.

N.A.M , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Through many, many failures! In front of big groups/crowds. No one is perfect, using this as leverage gives you an advantage in the race! Not being afraid to fail and lose it all is the edge of your sword, and the experience is the shield.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I specialize in Music Production. I’ve worked with Superstars and Oscar Award Winners such as, Rick Ross and Juicy J to name a few. My Brand represents a wide variety of elements spread across many industries. Music, Entertainment and Design & Film (VFX). I dedicated my late teens and twenties building skills in each field, later becoming a recognized Powerhouse amongst colleagues and peers. Ensuring that I can offer a service to anyone I shake hands with is a big goal.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Drive, Persistence and Consistency! Find a Mentor to help your recognize and hone in on your abilities and not your family. Getting out of your comfort zone is key and be prepared to take risks.
