We recently connected with Nairemy Gonzalez and have shared our conversation below.
Nairemy, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
When I started Billionaire, I was very slim. Back then, I didn’t think of the brand as a tool for self-love or body empowerment. It was born out of a simple need—I wanted a trendy piece of lingerie that I couldn’t find in my city. So I made my first bralette using recycled fabric, with no idea it would become something so meaningful.
Years later, after several migrations, lifestyle changes, and the impact of stress and diet on my body, I began to feel completely disconnected from myself. My self-esteem dropped. I no longer felt beautiful, sexy, or desirable. That’s when everything shifted. I realized I could no longer create from a place of perfection—I had to create from my truth.
That’s when Billionaire transformed. It evolved from just being about pretty lingerie to becoming a mission: helping women rediscover their confidence, embrace their bodies, and feel sensual and powerful as they are. I learned to love myself through the process, and in doing so, I found purpose in helping others do the same.
Today, Billionaire Lingerie exists to inspire every woman to create her best version from the inside out. My confidence didn’t appear overnight, but it grew every time I chose to honor my journey, accept my body, and use my story to uplift others.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m the founder of Billionaire Lingerie, a brand that started from a personal need and evolved into a mission to empower women. In the beginning, I just wanted to create a beautiful piece of lingerie I couldn’t find in my city. But after years of migration, changes in my body, and struggles with my self-esteem, Billionaire transformed into something much deeper.
Today, Billionaire Lingerie is dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies, feel incredible in their own skin, and create their best version from the inside out. What makes the brand special is that it’s not just about lingerie—it’s about healing, self-love, and embracing your body exactly as it is.
We’re currently working on several exciting projects that we look forward to launching by the end of the year. Our vision remains clear: to support all women—regardless of body type—to feel powerful, beautiful, and emotionally strong. We want every woman to love every fold, every curve, and every unique part of her body.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1. Resilience:
My journey has been filled with changes, migrations, and challenges that tested me emotionally and physically. Resilience was the foundation that allowed me to keep going. I developed it by embracing each situation as a lesson rather than a failure. My advice: don’t fear difficult moments—they are building blocks for your inner strength.
2. Creativity and adaptability:
When I first created my own lingerie piece, I had no formal training, just the willingness to experiment. Creativity gave me the vision, but adaptability helped me adjust the brand as I grew and evolved. Be flexible—your first idea might not be your final one, and that’s okay.
3. Emotional intelligence:
Learning to manage my emotions, understand my insecurities, and use my story as fuel for my brand gave me deeper connection with myself and my audience. For anyone starting out: self-awareness and emotional work are just as valuable as technical skills. The more you know yourself, the more authentic your journey will be.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
One of the most important books in my journey has been “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. This book shifted the way I thought about success, mindset, and personal growth. It helped me realize that wealth is not just about money—it’s about attitude, vision, and decision.
One of the most impactful lessons I took from it was the power of definiteness of purpose. When I got clear on what I wanted and committed to taking action, doors began to open. It also taught me the importance of persistence, even when everything feels uncertain or difficult.
This book helped me begin to believe in the power of our words and thoughts. I’m not the most extremely disciplined person, but I’ve learned that when you clearly visualize what you want and affirm it from the heart, your energy shifts—and so do your results. Think and Grow Rich reminded me that the secret lies in knowing what you want, trusting yourself, and taking action—even if it’s just small steps. It taught me that what we think, we attract—and when we act from faith instead of fear, everything starts to align.
