Hi Najah, thank you for joining us today and sharing your experiences and acquired wisdom with us. Burnout is a huge topic these days and so we’d love to kick things off by discussing your thoughts on overcoming or avoiding burnout

Burnout used to hit me hard because I felt like I had to show up every single day for the brand, even when I was running on fumes. I had to realize: I am Pretty Skyn Society. If I’m not good, nothing flows. So I protect my energy now. I rest, I reset, I pour back into myself the same way I pour into my brand. That’s real “soft life, boss life” balance.

I’m the founder of Pretty Skyn Society — a luxury fragrance and body-care brand built on softness, confidence, and main-character energy. Everything we create is designed to make women romanticize their everyday. What’s next? Let’s just say, the Society’s expanding!!!!!!!!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Vision, patience, and resilience. You have to see it before it exists, give it time to grow, and bounce back every time it doesn’t go your way. Don’t rush your soft era just master your craft and let your work speak
