Meet Nashira Dudley

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nashira Dudley. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Nashira, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Every time I see a woman living a great life, instead of hating or being jealous I let that woman inspire me. I tell myself I’m going to be that girl too!
When my friends are winning I know God is in my neighborhood.

I want to be an inspiration as well, and show women how to be confident and have high self esteem too!

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Well, first and foremost I want to say that I’m just a girl who was born in Kansas and raised in Texas with big dreams.
If I can do it you can do it too!

My business and my brand are both fun, playful, while remaining top tier and luxurious.

I love to laugh and chill at home and watch movies. But I also like to travel. I’m the most introverted extrovert you will ever meet.

When it comes to my marketing and consulting firm I want my clients to enjoy themselves while working with me. I want my business consulting firm to be fun and interactive. For example, let’s have a super fun event to promote your brand/ business that will give you high traffic.

When it comes to my personal brand of being a model, actress, and influencer I just want my brand to emphasize never having a dull moment. Let’s live life to the fullest while showing people how taking care of yourself with certain products will make you more confident. It’s okay to want to look your best because it will make you feel your best. Let me lead by example.

Lastly, my business consulting firm provides quality at an affordable cost.

I want to do that with my future endeavors as well. I’m going to own multiple businesses in the future. Stay tuned! It’s a surprise.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I would have to say don’t just work hard work smart. Always do things that will make you more efficient. It will make your life so much easier. For example, schedule out your posts on social media in advance. There’s an app for it.
Another example is a company that gives you six months of content with only a day or two of shooting that content. Which is so awesome!

Second, consistency, I can’t reiterate this enough. Stay on it everyday. Don’t wait for the perfect time. There is no perfect time. Do it now! Do it scared! Everything’s going to work out. If you make a mistake learn from it. But do not procrastinate. Get it done.

Third plan, plan, plan. When you plan it sets you up for having a routine and a solid foundation. I have my life planned for 5 years business and personal. When you’re are creating a business plan you have to plan your business for 3-5 years anyway. So yes, plan. If you veer off a little it’s okay but having a solid plan is something you can always go back to. You can’t build a house with no foundation.

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?

I’m going to be honest. I have imposter syndrome bad. I overcame it with meditation, self love, and prayer.

When I put God in my business and I continued to get closer to him. Everything worked out the way it’s supposed too!
