Meet Natalie Chay

We recently connected with Natalie Chay and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalie, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
From a young age, I’ve felt most connected to myself when collecting rocks and shells along the coast. In these moments I lose my sense of time.   This connection to nature has led me to create and find joy in adornment. It has enabled me to tune into what I consider my “essence”—my intrinsic soul. It is our being that exists independent from external circumstances or learned thoughts and behaviors.
I have found that sharing the things that make me unique with the world connects me to people and generates opportunities that are most aligned and expansive to my growth. Creating and wearing jewelry is a way I align with my essence tangibly. I want to encourage others to connect to their inner beauty as well. With jewelry as my medium, I want to reflect onto others their unique light.

Long story long, I believe we each have unique skillsets and talents, and these gifts and natural curiosities are little nuggets of insight that unite us with our purpose. I feel lucky that my purpose has been knocking since I was young, but if we let it, I think life offers up so many experiences that lead us to learn about ourselves and the impact we can have. Never lose your sense of curiosity and wonder. Lean into what you’re naturally excited by.
