Meet Natanhna Morales

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Natanhna Morales a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Natanhna, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

I get my resilience from my inner spiritual drive!

I have a spark inside me, lets call it a light. This light gives me direction on when to stay strong for myself and others. It lights up and encourages me to keep going.

Growing up I lived in an environment that was unhealthy and unsafe. I had to learn to be resilient in ways to stay alive.

From moments like this I become numb to things as well. I would dissociate. This made it easier for me to push on through hard times.

Since all of this I have done therapy and learned healthy ways to be resilient when it comes to my goals. I may take a long time and I will not give up. Its about the long game and not the short term turn over. Unless its the daily tasks that equal the big picture, you see. Its about standing alone and being your own support when no one believes in your yet. Its really about being a conscious co creator with life.

Be the leader you always needed to allow your creations to flow through you when times are hard.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Hi I’m Natanhna Psychic Wellness Mentor and i like to tell you how my business came to be.

The inspiration came when I was on my own journey with grief and wanted to rediscover my inner strength for myself and others. But what I found was emotionally charged outcomes kept standing in my way.

So I decided to create a movement to empower grieving women to reclaim their lives and inner strength through spiritual insight, emotional healing, and practical accountability guiding them towards growth and renewed purpose. Since then, I’ve helped grieving women regain control, trust themselves, and create a life that works for them.

But my approach is probably different than what you’ve seen. I don’t believe in generic advice that leaves you feeling unheard and unsupported during your grief journey. Instead I focus on a personalized approach that combines emotional healing with practical accountability through the Rise and Rebuild Accountability group and the Resilient Heart Path Method.

As a Psychic Wellness Mentor I stand for Empowerment through healing, Accountability with compassion, Authenticity, and connection.

These values guide everything I do, from holding personalized mentorship sessions to offering group accountability check-ins. They’re not just words – they’re the core of how I serve grieving women ready to rebuild their lives with resilience and self care.

I AM committed to self growth, authenticity, connection

And I stand for my clients by personalized support and consistent check-ins, ensuring that they reclaim their lives, achieve their goals, and heal through their grief with confidence and self compassion.

This is the movement that creates a ripple effect of healing in the world for the collective. Each person who allows healing in their world changes their interactions with one another in healthy ways.

Since I’ve created the Resilient Heart Path Method, I’ve helped grieving women just like you go from feeling lost and isolated in their grief to embrace their journey with confidence, clarity, a renewed sense of purpose, and I’m just getting started.
I want to invite you to be part of this growing community. Together we can create a world where grieving women find empowerment, support, and healing to reclaim their lives and the best part? Were doing it together!

So if this is your first time finding me or you have been with me from the beginning, there’s always a place for you here. I want to personally invite you to join me as I continue to grow and make an impact.
This mission is big and I can’t do it alone. You matter to me, and I’m here to support you as you step into your resilient heart path

Let’s take this next step together. If you’re ready to heal grief and embrace a new chapter, join me by signing up for my free gift. Lets make your story as powerful as mine.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

In my mentorship program, the three most important areas of knowledge are empathy, goal-setting, and emotional resilience. I create a safe space for women to express grief, guide them through achievable goals to regain control, and teach self-care strategies for lasting emotional balance. This holistic approach helps them rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose.

What would you advise – going all in on your strengths or investing on areas where you aren’t as strong to be more well-rounded?

I feel its vital to go after the areas that you struggle in. Of course build mastery in the areas you thrive. And at the same time work at the challenges. It is where we grow the most and really learn about ourselves. It will also help you in your creative endeavors and inspiring others. Go all in on you!
