Meet Natasha B

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Natasha B. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Natasha below.

Natasha, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I wasn’t born confident—I built it. For years, I played small, worried about what people thought, and dimmed my light to make others comfortable. But after becoming a mom, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself. I had lost my fire, my presence, me. That’s when I knew something had to change.

I found my confidence through movement. Sensual dance reconnected me to my body, my power, and the woman I had buried under responsibilities. With every body roll, hip sway, and unapologetic gaze in the mirror, I reclaimed the confidence that had been in me all along. The more I moved, the more I felt—stronger, bolder, alive.

But confidence isn’t just movement—it’s a choice. I stopped apologizing for taking up space, started speaking up, showing up, and owning who I was meant to be. And the moment you stop asking if you’re “too much” is the moment you realize you never were.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I help women—especially those 40+ and working moms—reclaim their confidence through sensual movement. My brand, Sensual Savage, is about breaking free from self-doubt, owning your power, and moving through life like you were born to take up space. Through my coaching, workshops, and immersive experiences, I help women reconnect with their bodies, unlock their sensuality, and carry themselves with unapologetic confidence.

Sensual Savage isn’t just about dance—it’s about transformation. Women come to me feeling disconnected, stuck, or like they’ve lost themselves in the grind of life. But through movement, mindset shifts, and a little tough love, they find their fire again. This isn’t about learning a few sexy moves—it’s about stepping into a version of yourself that feels powerful as hell.

Right now, I’m expanding Sensual Savage with online courses, live workshops, and exclusive content to reach women worldwide. If you’ve been holding back, doubting yourself, or feeling like something’s missing—it’s time to change that. Confidence isn’t for a select few. It’s for you. And I’m here to show you how to claim it.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

For me, three things made the biggest difference: self-awareness, fearless execution, and presence.

First, self-awareness—I had to strip away everyone else’s expectations and get real about who I was and what I wanted. That meant learning to trust myself, even when my choices didn’t fit the mold. If you’re just starting, spend time with yourself. Journal, move your body, ask yourself the hard questions. The more you understand yourself, the less validation you’ll need from anyone else.

Second, fearless execution—I didn’t wait until I felt ready. I moved before fear could talk me out of it. Confidence doesn’t just appear one day—you build it by doing the things that scare you. So stop overthinking. Take messy action. Show up even when you’re nervous. That’s how confidence is made.

And finally, presence—the way you carry yourself changes everything. Confidence isn’t just a feeling; it’s in how you move, how you hold eye contact, how you take up space. If you want to build that, start small. Stand taller. Breathe deeper. Play music that makes you feel unstoppable. And most importantly, act like you belong in every room you walk into—because you do.

At the end of the day, confidence is a choice you make over and over again. So make it.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?

My ideal client is a woman—especially a 40+ mom or working woman—who is ready to break free from the shackles of self-doubt, step into her power, and embrace her sensuality unapologetically. She’s done playing small and is tired of feeling like she’s lost touch with who she really is.

The women I work with are ready for change but maybe unsure where to start. They’re seeking a safe space to explore their confidence, rediscover their bodies, and feel like themselves again—without guilt. They’re open to doing the uncomfortable work of self-reflection and are willing to push through their fears to make real transformations.

What makes an ideal client for me? She’s bold, committed, and knows she’s worthy of more than just surviving—she’s here to thrive, unapologetically. She’s not looking for quick fixes but is willing to put in the work to get there. If she’s ready to take up space, live fully, and move through the world with unapologetic confidence, then I’m here to help her unleash her inner savage.
