Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Natasha Norris. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Natasha, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I found my purpose by turning inward and doing the deep, often uncomfortable work of healing from my own childhood trauma. For a long time, I carried pain that I didn’t fully understand—but as I started to confront it, I began to reconnect with myself in powerful ways. That healing journey opened my eyes to the importance of self-care, not just on the surface, but at the soul level. Skincare became a ritual for me—something nurturing and intentional—and it sparked something deeper.
I realized that my pain had shaped me, but it didn’t have to define me. Instead, I chose to turn that pain into purpose by creating spaces and products that help others feel seen, loved, and cared for—starting with themselves. My purpose was born through that transformation: by giving myself the compassion I never received, and now helping others do the same. It’s what fuels my work, my brand, and the mindfulness journal I created. It’s all about guiding others back to themselves—just like I had to do.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Thank you so much for the opportunity to share my story. I’m the founder of a skincare brand that’s rooted in the belief that beauty starts with how we care for ourselves—inside and out. What started as a personal journey of healing and self-discovery has grown into something much bigger: a brand and platform that helps others nurture their skin while also reconnecting with their inner peace, confidence, and self-worth.
What makes this work so special to me is that it’s deeply personal. I created this brand out of my own healing—working through childhood trauma and learning how to turn pain into purpose. For me, skincare became a daily act of self-love, and that ritual inspired me to create products and experiences that do the same for others. Our formulas are crafted with intention, using ingredients that nourish the skin and the soul. But beyond the products, it’s really about creating a movement—one that encourages people to slow down, care deeply for themselves, and embrace their full, authentic beauty.
Most recently, I’ve expanded into wellness and mindfulness with the launch of my journal, Gratitude: The Connection Between Self Care, Self Love, and Skincare. It’s a guided experience designed to help people reflect, heal, and grow—because true beauty radiates from within. I’m incredibly proud of it, and excited about where this journey is heading.
Whether it’s through skincare, journaling, or simply showing up with honesty, my goal is to help people reconnect with themselves and feel empowered in their own skin.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I’d say the three most impactful qualities in my journey have been self-awareness, resilience, and intentionality.
Self-awareness was the starting point for everything. I had to get really honest with myself—about my pain, my patterns, and what I truly needed to heal. That level of inner work isn’t easy, but it’s what helped me align with my purpose and create from a place of authenticity. For anyone just starting out, I’d encourage taking time for reflection—through journaling, therapy, or quiet moments alone. Knowing yourself deeply will always guide you in the right direction.
Resilience kept me going when things felt overwhelming. Starting a business, healing from trauma, and building something meaningful isn’t a straight path. There are setbacks, doubts, and growing pains. But each challenge taught me something. I learned that resilience doesn’t mean never breaking down—it means learning how to rise, softer but stronger, each time. The best way to build it is to embrace failure as part of the process and to keep showing up for yourself, no matter what.
Intentionality helped me stay grounded. Whether I’m formulating a new skincare product, designing a journal prompt, or speaking to my community, I always ask: Is this aligned with my values? Is this rooted in love and purpose? Being intentional helps you move with clarity, not just hustle. My advice here is to set clear intentions behind your work, even in the small things—it creates a deeper impact and keeps you connected to your “why.”
Your journey will evolve, and so will you. Be patient with yourself. Be curious. And most importantly, lead from the heart—because that’s where the real magic begins.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is someone who’s ready to care for themselves on a deeper level—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. They’re open to slowing down, tuning in, and embracing rituals that go beyond surface-level beauty. They value intentional living, seek alignment between their inner and outer worlds, and are drawn to brands that nurture that connection.
Whether they’re healing from something, evolving through a life transition, or simply seeking more peace in their daily life, they understand that skincare and self-care are powerful tools for transformation. My ideal client is someone who’s not afraid to explore that—who’s willing to do the work, love themselves through the process, and invest in products and practices that truly support their growth.
They don’t just want to “look good”—they want to feel whole. And that’s who I create for every single day.
