Nathalie, thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.
It comes from my parents.i watched my parents go out of their way for everyone, strangers, family and friends. They will give anyone the shirt of their backs. It was always important for them to help others and to help build others. I watched my father pay for school, pay rent and feed so many and it was never an issue. So giving back and staying humble was the best lesson I’ve learned from them

I’m a 36 yr old mother of 3. I’m a license esthetician from New York and the proud owner of the shopsof1111 and Nfrancoisbeauty. At the moment my main focus is the rebranding of nfrancoisbeauty and putting out theshopsof1111. Theshopsof1111 is so special to me it’s been my main focus, because after my healing journey I realize how important to have a space place to heal and to grow. Theshopsof11111 is to promote healthy healing of the mind body and soul, and everything we carry in our shop caters to that, we have items for meditation, grounding, accessories to cleanse your home and self. We also have natural skin care products which caters to the healing of problematic skin. We just launched the skin care part of our business. We have top of the top vendors so we can provide the best of best products, we stand behind of the quality of our products and they have been doing amazing and out customers are loving it. We are looking to have a store front in the future. Where people can come shop, do yoga and have certain classes.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The 3 qualities that was more impactful in my journey. I. Discipline is a must in everything you do, without it things that are so simple become extreme. 2. Organization, you must stay organized with everything that as to do with your business.it helps you keep on track on what needs to be done next. 3.the most important skill I feel that is patience, patience allows you to understand, learn and to grow. Without it we will quick because most of the times things don’t b go the way we would hope or planned it but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen .
As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
The four agreements by Don Ruiz, it changed my way of thinking and how I approached things. Thr wisdom this book gave me is so valuable.
The 4 agreements
1. Be impeccable with your words
Made me understand the importance of my words and how to properly use them
2.dont take anything personally
Allowed me to understand that I only have control over what I do and nothing others do is a result of thier perception and not mines
3. Don’t make assumptions
I now directly ask questions if something is not clear instead of assuming what I think it should be
4.Also do your best
Thought me to always get up and give 100% in what I do and do my best. As long as I know that I went out my way to do my best I can never regret a thing.
