Meet Nature Trammer

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Nature Trammer a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Nature , so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Confidence and self-esteem are things I’ve had to work on over time. Growing up, I faced challenges that made me doubt myself. But I’ve learned to focus on my strengths and surround myself with positive people who uplift me.

As a model, I’ve had to deal with rejection and criticism, but I’ve learned to take constructive feedback and use it to improve. I’ve also learned to appreciate my unique features and celebrate what makes me different.

My confidence has grown from within. I’ve worked on self-care, self-love, and self-acceptance. I’ve learned to be kind to myself and prioritize my well-being.

I hope to inspire others, especially young girls, to love and accept themselves just the way they are.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, I believe the three qualities that were most impactful in my journey are:

1. Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks, rejections, and criticisms. As a model, I’ve faced numerous rejections, but I’ve learned to use them as opportunities to grow and improve.

2. Authenticity: Staying true to myself and my values, even in the face of adversity. In an industry where conformity is often encouraged, I’ve learned to celebrate my uniqueness and individuality.

3. Adaptability: Being open to new experiences, challenges, and opportunities. As a creative, I’ve had to adapt to changing trends, technologies, and client needs, and it’s helped me stay ahead of the curve.

For those early in their journey, here’s my advice:

• Develop a growth mindset: Be open to learning, taking risks, and embracing challenges.

• Surround yourself with positive influences: Seek out mentors, peers, and role models who uplift and support you.

• Practice self-care and self-compassion: Take care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and be kind to yourself when you make mistakes.

Remember, your journey is unique, and it’s okay to take your time. Focus on building a strong foundation, staying true to yourself, and being open to growth and evolution.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?

The number one obstacle I’m currently facing is *balancing my creative passions with the business side of my career*. As a model and influencer, I need to stay focused on creating engaging content, networking with clients, and managing my brand. However, I sometimes struggle to allocate time and energy between my creative pursuits and the administrative tasks that come with running a business.

To overcome this challenge, I’m:

– Setting clear boundaries and priorities: I’m learning to say “no” to non-essential commitments and focusing on projects that align with my values and goals.

– Investing in time management tools and training: I’m exploring different productivity apps, calendars, and courses to help me stay organized and efficient.

– Building a support team: I’m surrounding myself with professionals who can help me with tasks like accounting, marketing, and brand management, freeing up more time for me to focus on my creative work.

By addressing this challenge, I hope to achieve a better balance between my artistic passions and the business aspects of my career, allowing me to grow and thrive as a creative entrepreneur.
