Can you share how you developed your ability to communicate well?
Yes, I believe effective communication is crucial when it comes to building and maintaining healthy relationships, especially for small business owners like myself. Its extremely important to set clear goals and expectations to properly ensure that everyone involved is on the same page when it comes to taking action and doing their job effectively. I believe communication is a very vital tool and any miscommunication can really derail your entire operation.

Well, name is Natasha “Nay” Reynolds and I am the Founder and CEO for Lavish Vixenz Model Agency. We are the premier go-to- model agency in the Ohio area. My mission is to help aspiring models reach their full potential by helping to build their self-esteem and confidence by showcasing diversity in the modeling Industry. We strongly encourage sisterhood and strive to cultivate an inclusive environment free of judgement and discrimination. We also provides comprehensive model training with our one-on-one model sessions, group workshops and classes and networking opportunities.
