Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Neysha Arcelay. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Neysha , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I started my career as an engineer. After 20 years, and three rounds of burnout, I knew something had to change. The way I was working (workaholic, anxious, and perpetually stressed) clearly wasn’t sustainable.
So, I took a deep dive into my life, starting with my childhood. As I looked back through the decades, a pattern emerged. I had always loved helping others see things from a new perspective. Even as a kid, I found myself advising adults and challenging the collective belief system. This insight, combined with my lifelong obsession with personal development books, made it clear that my true purpose was to help people unlock their potential.
Today, as a transformation advisor and coach, I guide professionals to align their minds and energy, and accelerate their growth towards the highest version of themselves.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am a mindset and energy coach helping spiritually inclined professionals to restore well-being, overcome burnout, and get their minds and energy working for them.
After two decades in Fortune companies, I took the leap and launched my business in 2016. Today, I blend my deep cross-industry experience with decades of personal growth studies to help stressed and burned-out leaders break free from overwhelm and unlock their hidden potential.
My mission: To eradicate burnout in the workplace.
I’m passionate about helping professionals shift their mindset, see life through a new lens, and break free from the stress culture we’ve been conditioned to accept. Just because burnout has become the norm doesn’t mean you have to accept it as yours.
I support individuals through one-on-one coaching, transformational digital courses, and a thriving digital community, all designed to help you reclaim your energy, clarity, and purpose.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most important qualities in my journey have been passion, resilience, and organization. I think I was naturally wired for most of these, but if I had to pick just one to develop from the start, it would be resilience.
You will encounter many curve balls through life, and the more we strive for growth, the more we tend to compare ourselves to other people’s successes. But here’s the thing: you’re only seeing the highlight reel of someone else’s success. Behind every achievement are countless obstacles they had to push through. The key isn’t avoiding challenges; it’s learning to keep going despite them. The stronger your resilience, the better equipped you’ll be to sustain the growth you’re working so hard for.
What would you advise – going all in on your strengths or investing on areas where you aren’t as strong to be more well-rounded?
I’m a big believer in playing to your strengths, because you can always collaborate with people who complement your weaknesses. That’s how the best teams are built.
Think about it: the most successful organizations, businesses, and even sports teams thrive because each person leans into what they do best. No one expects a visionary CEO to also be a financial expert or a star athlete to be their own coach. Instead, they surround themselves with people who bring different strengths to the table.
When I started my own business after two decades in Fortune companies, I knew my strengths were strategy, mindset coaching, and transformation. But there were areas like bookkeeping and lead generation, where I wasn’t as strong. Instead of spending years trying to master everything, I found amazing people who excel in those areas. This not only saved me time but also allowed me to focus on what I do best: helping professionals unlock their full potential.
Of course, growth is important, and there are times when we need to improve certain skills to be effective. But in the long run, leaning into what makes *you* exceptional and surrounding yourself with people who balance you out is the real key to success.
