We recently connected with Niccie Kliegl and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Niccie, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I’d spent 20+ years as a director of nursing and out of the nowhere I felt board. I could tell the Lord was nudging me to do something new. I had never really ‘heard’ from God until then but I suppose I hadn’t really tried. I attended church on Sunday and said prayers… BEFORE SUPPER. Strange right, as though my gratefully for food at breakfast and lunch was unnecessary? Anyway, as I started to lean into God, He quickly started opening doors and getting straight into the call He had on my life. I want to encourage anyone hearing this. I was forty six years old at the time and I have now helped so many sisters and brothers step. Into the call God has on their life — one thing I’ve learned is that it is never too late. I now see how God had been equipping and preparing me over the years. And, He is likely doing the same for you.
For all those years as a director of nursing I’d learned how to teach, lead well, and how to write policies and procedures for our unit. These skills made starting and company and growing much easier. As I was learning more about God, so were the clients I was working with which ran parallel to the rate in which my business grew. I am still growing today, in my business and spiritual life which mean so are all my clients. This growth will never end and thus my purpose and legacy lives on…Just as my company name says — Fulfill Your Legay
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m a Life and Business Coach based in Northwest Iowa who is called to come alongside individuals and ministries feeling nudged to start and/or grow ‘their ministry’ and to do it within their Sweetspot—that powerful space where divine purpose and practical life align in a partnership with the Trinity.
This is done through my 4-part discipleship series called ‘The Legacy Series’, which helps individuals and ministries get into their Sweetspot. My journey began with the same personal transformation of getting my faith and work partnered with God for powerful healing, growth, and impact for myself and those I serve. Now my calling is to help others do the same.
Today, I coach Christian entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and everyday believers to elevate their lives and businesses by aligning with God’s purpose and power.
This is how they succeed spiritually, personally, and professionally—by tapping into all the Trinity offers, dramatically influencing their homes, communities, and the nations. We do this through two main services/programs. First, our Sweetspot Mastermind: A live group coaching and mentorship program for Christians who want to start an online faith-based business or those desiring to scale their already up and running God-partnered businesses.
The second program is our 5-fold Legacy Academy for every Sweetspot member and individuals feeling nudged by God to learn of their spiritual gifts and how to step into them boldly.
In all the work we do, our focus remains on equipping others to step boldly into their Kingdom calling, fully supported by both strategic tools and supernatural guidance.
The most exciting part of my work is watching clients go from overwhelmed and stressed to overjoyed and blessed in their personal life and business. They. become certain, with clarity and confidence as they partner with God in everything they do. Their products, branding, and service are fully aligned with God and how He has uniquely gifted them. That is how they stand out, by serving people at a deeper level, by learning how to tap into Jesus and the Holy Spirit for healing, growth, and power.
When people discover their God-given purpose and step into it fully supported by strategic coaching, a faith-filled community, and practical tools – their transformation is profound.
My brand and company, Fulfill Your Legacy, exists to help others live and lead from that Sweetspot. It’s not about hustle or performance. . .
It’s about Spirit-led momentum and service that flows from intimacy with the Lord.
It’s not just individuals we help, we love to come alongside nonprofits, offering our discipleship programs for healing, life purpose, and support to their team and those they serve — because real Kingdom work reaches all believers, building up the body of Christ.
We love to expand God’s reach and elevate other Christians living and working in their Sweetspot by featuring them on our 3 talk shows, 1) Your Divine Business, 2) 5-Fold Forum, and 3) The Presence of God. We also have a magazine called ‘As For Me & My House’, where we feature 6 individuals living in their Sweetspot as they write articles to help the reader elevate their home by tapping into the Trinity as well.
One of the most powerful services we provide is our God-partnered Business Conference called The Legacy Leader Conference, which continues to grow yearly, drawing passionate leaders from across the country. On day one of the conference, attendees break off into one of four rooms, learning to speak on stage, write a book, step into their giftings, or become a Certified Christian Coach. On the second day, we bring in business leaders to help everyone advance their business.
At the heart of everything is connection—connection with God, with one another, and with our unique Kingdom purpose. I believe we are each here “for such a time as this,” and it’s my honor to walk alongside those who are ready to partner with the Trinity and step fully into the life and legacy they were created for.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1. Tapping into the Trinity. It’s how my journey started. God started nudging me for the first time at age 46. I was a director of nursing at the time with 20+ years of experience and out of no where God was nudging me to step away – to connect with Him at a deeper level and see where He would take me, what He would have me do, and how He would powerfully work in and through me. I knew very little of God and how to tap into Him at the time but He showed me and now has me showing others.
2. Tenacity and focus. I have dyslexia, so learning is very hands-on for me. As well as I don’t give up easily. This was so helpful as I grew my business. I learned as I went and stayed the course…. leaning into God’s nudges every step of the way. I had a lot of divine connections as I grew. My publisher saw how I built my business of my book and asked me to help all his authors do the same. Then he saw how my business blew up and asked if I’d start a business-building mastermind for all the entrepreneurs who were published on their work. Through this, I was exposed to a large audience and gifted time on stage. All this I now do for my clients. Giving them connection and reach on my platforms too.
3. Don’t do it alone and decide if you want to grit things out as ‘the world does’… Karma and good old hard work that, yes, work that does pay off. Or, if you want all that PLUS God’s great purpose and power that He has waiting for you, your home, your community work, and the nations.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
We love to collaborate with entrepreneurs or entrepreneur wannabes. So, authors, coaches, and speakers looking to start or next level their practice within their Sweetspot.
That means doing it differently than the rest of the world; learning of their prophet call and the actual services God has called them to. It means creating systems and processes that are in alignment with the Lord’s teaching and marketing that maximizes their reach through giving and serving thousands with God’s truth, power and light.
THE TYPICAL WAYS WE COLLABORATE ARE BY SHARING PLATFORMS WITH CO-COMPETITORS.
1) Hosting a shared event with a business that complements each other’s services
.
Example: A retreat with a business coach who helps entrepreneurs overcome money blocks. All my business clients could use that. And their clients might not want to be published or to get certified as a Christian coach etc.
2) Cross-promoting. This is a great way to collaborate fast IF YOU ARE A GOOD BRAND MATCH. Keep in mind this only works if you have share the same type of audience.
An example might be a book writing coach and us. Soon, the authors will want to take that book and turn it into their business, or call so great for me… and I have tons of authors looking for help writing their book or editing.
3) Resources.
I often do retreats or workshops, and it gets expensive. Individuals who have great space, are willing to share space, then let their people access the training FREE, along with my paid clients, is a win-win.
I’m always up for new and powerful collaborations so please just reach out at nicciekliegl.com on my contact page. https://fulfillyourlegacy.com/contact-us
