We were lucky to catch up with Nicholas Angelo recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Nicholas , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I believe most of my work ethic is in my DNA, but working in Las Vegas nightclubs ten years ago certainly contributed to a major growth in my work ethic.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I was the director of VIP Services for the most recognized Las Vegas nightlife companies in the world. From there I invested in real estate and partner with a successful luxury furniture company. Between my own personal properties I had the opportunity to work on several world renowned restaurants in Manhattan. After successfully owning six properties in the United States I expanded my resume further to manage a content creator through popular platforms such as Instagram & TikTok. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Understanding my surroundings, including the people I could seek advice from and the skilled artisans who specialize in crafting beautiful woodwork was crucial on my journey. Building close relationships with these talented and very private individuals has played a pivotal role in shaping where I stand today.
Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?
I haven’t found my forever home yet. Over the years, I’ve bought and designed several properties, each one becoming someone else’s forever home, but none have truly spoken to me. I stay in touch with almost every owner of my previous homes, and they often tell me how lucky they feel to live there. Now, at this stage of my life I am ready to relax more and settle down in one place hopefully soon.

Over the past decade, I have bought and sold seven luxury furnished properties in the US and contributed to the designing of two Michelin 3-star restaurants in Manhattan.
