Meet Nichole Campbell

We recently connected with Nichole Campbell and have shared our conversation below.

Nichole , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Finding my purpose came at a tough time in my life. In 2002 my senior year while in high school my family suffered a tragic loss. My older brothers’ life was taken due to gun violence and I was devastated. I didn’t know what to do. Eight years later I loss my younger brother to gun violence and my world was destroyed. Eight years later my dad suffered a massive heart attack and what little hope I had was gone. I was sad and down all of the time. I had loss three people close to me. One day while speaking with a friend they reminded me that this is only a test of my faith and there is so much for me to do. I was reminded that it was up to me to keep their memories alive and live like they would want me to. I set out on a mission of helping others. I made it my life’s mission to help those around me just as my dad and brothers had done. Out of tragedy I found my purpose! My reason to live ! I live my life now to help others. I look up to the sky and smile because I know they are proud.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My name is Nichole Campbell I am a certified life and a certified mentor for business coach. I am the founder of The Sisters Social Inc. here in Augusta, Ga . A local non profit who The Sisters Social Inc. is purposed to unite women of different backgrounds, aimed to provided entrepreneurial education, professional networking, and community outreach. Professionally I am focused on growing our non profit and incorporating more new ideas to get our name out there.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were impactful for me was first to not be scared to take risks. Be ok with saying No. Know that you may not be everyone’s cup of tea and that’s okay. You can’t take everyone on YOUR journey. What God has for you it is for you ! Lastly Do Not Give Up !! Keep Going !

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I am definitely looking to collaborate with other nonprofits, life coaches and also those who would like to start their businesses and just don’t know where to begin we can help mentor you. You may email our nonprofit at:
