Meet Nichole Uhland

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nichole Uhland. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Nichole, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

The purpose I strive to live out every day is to love and serve God and the people he places in my life, so He’s glorified and heaven overflows with His children.

Through my holistic nutrition business, I have the opportunity to live out my purpose by showing care and compassion to people when they feel their worst. I’m blessed to help them learn how to feel better naturally, from the inside out, so they can once again energetically fulfill THEIR purpose for The Lord and His kingdom (and the ripple keeps growing!!).

I discovered this passion through a very long (nearly 20 year) sequence of events in my own life. I went through a serious health crisis, which I believe nearly took my life. But I thank God that wasn’t the outcome.

I was introduced to an amazing natural health care provider, and was literally transformed by their care and recommendations. I healed spiritually, emotionally and physically, and have never looked back!

I not only was taught how to care for myself naturally, but became passionate about teaching “the world” how to do the same thing. I’ve experienced the life-changing restoration of holistic wellness, and know that everyone can benefit from its blessings.

THIS is the way I can activate my purpose….by (literally–spiritually, emotionally and physically) energizing more people for Christ’s work!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m a child of God, wife, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, mom of an adorable black lab pup and the passionate founder and owner of Faith in Health Holistic Nutrition LLC.

Through my company, I work as a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (also holding a license in Physical Therapy), blessed to help you recover and transform your health using natural solutions.

My 3-month wellness program is special and unique because I provide a very personalized and whole-person approach to health restoration. I strive to uncover THE CAUSES of your symptoms, then offer targeted and comprehensive recommendations that will remove those causes and support your body’s return to balance.

I also include what many providers don’t….education in and support for completion of professional-level cleansing and fasting. In today’s toxic environment, deep healing just doesn’t happen without these powerful interventions. And my process is the real deal! It won’t be found in a box from the local corner store:).

You’ll gain knowledge and skills that will help you take control of how you feel for years to come.

All of this is wrapped in detailed assessments/tests, biweekly sessions for support, encouragement, ongoing education and reassessment, and most importantly….prayer. (I’ll pray for you before our time together, and with you as you desire.)

You’ll finally get to experience what it feels like to be energetic, alert, motivated, happy and hopeful.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

1. Well, it won’t be a surprise that the most significant part of my journey has been my faith and trust in God, and the grace of His blessings. I truly don’t think I’d be alive right now, and the owner of my beautiful business, if it weren’t for His love and guidance. When you feel afraid, He’s with you. When you’re sad, He’ll comfort you. When you’re feeling hopeless, He provides a way through it. And when you just don’t know what you just don’t know, HE ALREADY DOES, and He’ll guide you if you follow Him.

2. A second quality I’ve refined over the last several years is that of discernment. I encourage you to trust God’s Word as the only truth, avoid responding or acting quickly out of emotion and/or fear (but rather pause and dig deep to find the facts), and have faith in your intuition and your body’s ability to heal itself without man-made toxic compounds.

3. And third, specifically related to skills, I’m blessed with the keen ability to see beyond the surface of your symptoms to uncover the deeper causes of your health issues. And I have years of experience blending physical, emotional and spiritual interventions for your HOLISTIC wellness results.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

The timing of this question is perfect, as I’ve been praying for and excited about creating referral partnerships–collaborations with like-minded business owners in which we provide services for each other’s clientele (as appropriate) to bring further blessing to those clients and at the same time, our respective businesses.

Examples of such partnerships could include naturopathic/holistic/integrative physician, chiropractic, yoga, fitness center, physical therapy, dental and/or IV infusion owners/companies, just to name a few.

I’m confident my natural wellness program can accentuate the health improvements of the respective clients of those various professional organizations, and I often have clients of my own that would absolutely benefit from the services those professionals provide.

I see these collaborations as a win-win-win…. a win for the clients and their results, my referral partner and myself.

I’d be happy to discuss this type of scenario with seriously interested “colleagues”. Feel free to contact me through email at: [email protected].
