Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Dr. Nicole (Nikki) Gates, Founder & She-EO of The She-EO Unlimited & The She-EO Society of Womenpreneurs creating a space and an ecosystem for Womepreneurs where we engage, educate and empower women of color to own, operate and grow sustainable business enterprises to gain time and financial freedom.

We specialize in Marketing, Brand Design, Brand Awareness, Business Development, Project Management, and Human Resources.

In April, we will launch, Strategic Growth Leaders University Team, an accredited institution that will be able to offer degrees in Entrepreneurship
, Theology and Mass Media along with certificate programs in Nutrition and Life Coaching

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities that mostly impacted my journey was my desire to be a servant to my community, being a catalyst for change in my community, and a desire to see women win in business help to craft who I am today and how I operate in my business.

The best advice that I can give to anyone who is just starting a business is to be a lifelong learner and be willing to take classes, seek advice, get a Mentor and allow constructive criticism to guide them, most importantly, be confident, be bold, and understand the entrepreneur ship is not a race it’s a marathon!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
With the launching of Strategic Growth Leadership University, I am looking to partner with those who are either interested in obtaining a degree, or those that are interested in being guest speakers for classes in our school of entrepreneurship.
