Nicolette , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience from prevailing daily, working harder daily, working on new content, new goals for myself. I don’t want to be average I want to be one of one.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I first started my brand at 19 when I was 210 pounds when I was upset, unhappy, unconfident. I started to lose weight and lost 40 pounds in 3 months. I was very motivated, shocked, and inspired to keep going. I’m now down 140 pounds and I just inspire others to believe in yourself, I once was an insecure person but now I help others see their value and also help them to lose weight. Encouraging everybody to have a better and healthier lifestyle.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Resilient, dedication, and consistency these 3 skills have helped me since 2019-2024 currently with growing my brand, becoming healthier, and making this a happy lifestyle for myself. I want to say if you want something go after it and don’t stop until you achieve it. If I can do it you can as well.
To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
My mother has supported me since I started my brand. She helps me with ideas, look over my products, she is my support system. I’m so grateful for her and all that she has down. She coaches me as well on the back end that’s important to business and business standards.
