Meet Niharika P

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Niharika P a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Niharika , so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
Setting and achieving small goals, positive self-talk, self-acceptance & learning from mistakes and most important encouragement from friends, family significantly increase my self-esteem.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I work as a QA at a health care company, which is an exciting role that allows me to combine my passion for problem-solving with my interest in improving healthcare systems.

Beyond my professional life, I am deeply passionate about fitness and healthy living. I find working out to be an excellent way to maintain both physical and mental health.

I’m also passionate about fashion and modeling. I find the creative side of fashion to be inspiring, and I love how the right clothing can reflect personality and boost confidence.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Adaptability: In both my professional career and personal pursuits, being able to adjust to new challenges, roles, and environments has been crucial

Communication: Being able to clearly communicate ideas and issues is essential in almost every aspect of life, especially in my work.

Continuous Learning: The ability to constantly learn, grow, and adapt is a cornerstone of both my professional and personal journey

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
Professionally, the support and guidance from my mentors and colleagues have been incredibly valuable.

On a personal level, my dedication to fitness and healthy living has also been a driving force in my life
