We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Niharika Verma a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Niharika , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Well one of my friend MUDIL M K he is always encouraging me for the capabilities hidden in me he is the support system from there I started my journey of being a professional model has just begun slowly slowly I developed my confidence in it & this is the way where my career boosted

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

My story is little bit short & sweet like….

As I am a small town girl I used to stay with my grandparents since childhood I never thought about being in modelling & acting firstly I started working for makeup artist then I move to Bangalore after that the struggle of year or two I started getting the brand shoots & fashion shows or runway shows from there I started getting regular work in this field & the small town girl has become a professional model the way it is.

 

 

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

In my professional journey the most important is
* self Motivation is must
* self confidence & Patience

When I started my modelling career I didn’t took any classes or I didn’t join any agencies I started gaining knowledge day by day about this field it’s really difficult for me to survive in this glamorous industries but I won’t give up and then the result is very cheerful.
I am really glad

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

In past 12 Months I started getting work in South film industry I have finished some movies which will be on the floor soon. This was the biggest growth for myself that I started my acting career in this year.
