After years in the industry, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with diverse individuals, each employing unique processes and customer service approaches. Someone once advised me, “Learn something from every person you meet,” and I’ve taken that advice to heart. I’ve drawn from everyone I’ve worked with to create an optimal hybrid approach for Local Steam. My work ethic comes from the inspiration of individuals that I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years.

After a decade of experience in the professional cleaning industry, my fiancé and I founded Local Steam in the vibrant city of Duluth, Minnesota. Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services, specializing in a wide range of offerings, including carpet cleaning, tile and grout restoration, upholstery care, hardwood floor maintenance, and much more. At Local Steam, we are committed to using state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge techniques to achieve outstanding results for every client. Our passion for excellence extends beyond our services; we take great pride in providing top-tier customer service and building strong connections within the community we call home. Serving our neighbors in Duluth is not just our business—it’s our privilege and commitment to enhancing the spaces where they live and work.

My advice for inspiring entrepreneurs in the Duluth area is to find the ability to adapt to industry changes and ‘bumps’ in the road. Networking with other local companies is so important and has such a positive impact!
