Hi Nini , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I found my purpose of trying to connect people from everywhere beginning with my ‘9-5’ job initially and it slowly evolved into connecting people of the community together to create a safe space to meet friends

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m for the most part a stay at home mom right now. I run an all women community group along with getting two licenses reinstated that I let lapse due to being a mom and putting my kiddos first.

I like to brand myself as the ‘Irish cowgirl in Austin’ along with everything kind of pink and girlie across all boards of my work.

I have started a weekly walk and monthly book club this year. We also have some other great fun events coming up once or twice a month too for example a disco cowgirl photo shoot.

I think our facebook community is special as we get to meet new people and help them find friends, job opportunities, and help small business growth. I also love that I can also recommend myself and others that I’ve met through the community for services.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

My biggest one is just go with the flow and not be so hard on yourself! If you do that every thing will just start to fall into place naturally.
Also just keep learning! You can learn from everyone! Even if it doesn’t align with where you’re at right now, it eventually might!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

We’re always seeking collaboration opportunities through in-kind sponsorships, such as providing goodie bags or raffle prizes to feature at our events throughout the year. We also welcome contributions like free event spaces or complimentary services, such as photography, to enhance our gatherings.
