Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Niral with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My parents, both of my parents are one of the hardest working people I know so I definitely got it from them.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I currently own a business, a bodega. The money I make I invest in my music career. I want to put on for the Indian-American Community as well as speaking up about mental health.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Time Management, Resilience, and Self-Motivation

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
Overall, just learning how to be a better leader and put out the best music I can possibly make.
