Meet Nisprih Mohan-ram

We recently connected with Nisprih Mohan-ram and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Nisprih, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Confidence is a muscle, and like any muscle, it requires consistent training and the right exercises to grow. Here’s how I navigated that journey:

First and foremost, I learned to embrace being a newbie. There’s something liberating about acknowledging that you’re just starting out. It allows you to approach situations with curiosity rather than fear. Instead of viewing inexperience as a weakness, I started seeing it as an opportunity for growth and exploration. This shift in mindset has been transformative.

Once I accepted my novice status, I turned to knowledge as my ally. When I encounter an area where I don’t feel confident, my immediate response is to dive deep into research. It’s not about becoming a world-class expert overnight; rather, it’s about acquiring enough understanding to engage in meaningful conversations. I aim to know just enough to be “dangerous” when speaking with someone who might be new or intermediate in that space. This foundational knowledge acts as a springboard for my confidence.

But let’s be real—knowledge alone won’t build your confidence. You have to take action. Early on, I took on projects for free or at a reduced rate. This was my way of getting my hands dirty without the pressure of financial stakes. By doing, I not only honed my skills but also proved to myself that I could execute ideas and bring value to the table. Each successful project became a building block for my self-esteem.

Lastly, when all else fails, I recommend making a list of your relevant strengths. You might be surprised by how many transferable skills you already possess! Sometimes, we overlook our own capabilities because we’re too focused on what we lack. By identifying what you bring to the table, you create a solid foundation upon which to build your confidence.

Developing confidence is an ongoing journey that combines embracing new experiences, acquiring knowledge, taking action, and recognizing your existing strengths. It’s about being proactive and willing to step outside your comfort zone—because that’s where the magic happens.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

For example, we achieved a staggering +1,762% increase in accounts engaged for a recent client, showcasing our ability to generate significant outreach and engagement.

Our process is straightforward yet powerful. After understanding the brand’s core message, we build a comprehensive strategy and align on a game plan before putting everything into motion. This structured approach ensures that every action taken is purposeful and directed toward measurable results.

Current Promotions and New Initiatives:

We currently have an exciting promotion for businesses interested in elevating their brand. We offer a free consultation along with five direct response-driven content ideas tailored specifically for them. This initiative is designed to provide immediate value and actionable insights without any commitment.

Additionally, I’m passionate about exploring tailored playbooks for small businesses. These would be customized for businesses with tight budgets who need guidance before embarking on strategy building. These templates will cover essential areas such as brand audits, competitive positioning, and messaging, ensuring that even those with limited resources can lay a solid foundation for their growth journey. Something in the works!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Reflecting on my journey, three qualities stand out as pivotal in shaping my path: resilience and grit, a mindset that embraces failure, and consistency. Here’s how each of these has impacted my experience and some advice for those just starting out.

Resilience and Grit:

Working in tech has taught me that resilience and grit are priceless qualities, no matter what field you’re in. Building something from nothing is inherently challenging, and you’ll encounter setbacks along the way. My advice? Cultivate a tough skin. Embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Surround yourself with supportive people who inspire you to push through tough times, and remember that every obstacle can be a stepping stone.

Embracing Failure:

Expecting failure is crucial. Worrying about whether you’re going to fail is a waste of time and energy – as the saying goes, you’ll win some and you’ll lose some. It’s perfectly normal to stumble; the key is to view failures as learning opportunities rather than roadblocks. When you shift your perspective in this way, you empower yourself to take risks and innovate without the paralyzing fear of making mistakes. So, when things don’t go as planned, ask yourself: “What can I learn from this?” This mindset will serve you well throughout your journey.

Consistency:

Consistency is where the magic happens. The growth you’re expecting in two months might actually take two years, so don’t give up before your time is right. Even small actions can lead to significant results over time. Remember that even a single day can make a difference—sometimes it’s just about showing up and putting in the work consistently. Create routines that align with your goals, and stick to them, even when motivation wanes.

Knowing Your “Why”:

Lastly, always know your “why.” When the going gets tough, fall back on the reasons that drove you to pursue this path in the first place—whether it’s financial freedom, helping a community, or embracing your full potential. Your “why” serves as an anchor during challenging times and can help you maintain momentum when faced with obstacles.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Over the past year, my biggest area of growth has been in sales—a skill I initially underestimated. Here’s how this journey unfolded and what I learned along the way.

I didn’t think of myself as a strong salesperson until crunch time forced me to step up. I had to leverage my existing network while simultaneously building new connections, and it meant getting comfortable with the art of “selling.” What surprised me most was realizing that my interpretation of sales was outdated. It’s not just about closing deals; it’s fundamentally about relationship building and truly understanding your customer’s needs. And guess what? Those are areas where I excel.

For years, my fear of rejection held me back. The thought of hearing “no” felt daunting, and it often kept me from pursuing opportunities. However, once I learned to let those “nos” roll off my back and not take them personally, everything changed. It became clear that rejection is part of the process, not a reflection of my worth or abilities. With this mindset shift, it was just a matter of time before I connected with customers who were an excellent fit for my consulting services.

Most recently, I’ve learned the importance of reaching out to potential collaborators or clients even before an opportunity arises. This proactive approach has been a significant perspective shift for me. Sometimes you’ll land a sale on the first interaction; other times, people might remember you months later when the right opportunity comes up. Building relationships ahead of time creates a foundation for future success.
